“I got a very competitive quote (discount for oap! ) and they came to treat wasp nest within 2-3 hrs and Derek ,and rang me 30 mins before arrival and saw another entrance besides the one that had been noted for the wasps…they were treated and said unlikely but if further wasps in next 5 days contact them and they’d return free of charge…but not required! 👌well done great service thank you Derek !”

“Phoned this morning and Nigel was with me within an hour. Brilliant service, very pleasant and friendly man. Gave very good advice. Would highly recommend and I would use again if I needed to.”

“Phone answered immediately; helpful and informative. Kevin arrived within 4 hours, explained what he would do, did the job, was also friendly and informative. The following morning there was not a single wasp from any of the 3 nests dealt with. I am happy to say that I cannot think of any way that the service could be improved - brilliant all round!”

“I have had 2 visits from this company as I have a problem with wasps. They have gone worse than better and are in the same place. £90 paid out for nothing. I have contacted the CEO as i want a refund as I've paid for nothing and if I dont get a refund I will be contacting trading standards as you are supposed to be a pest conttol company but that isn't the case as far as I'm concerned.”

Hi Paula, Having looked into this using your name and email, we do not appear to have carried out these works for yourself, and have no record of a complaint email from you. Could you please take a look at the paperwork you have for the works and check that it is ourselves? If it is not, could you please remove this published review. If it is in fact our company, all of our wasp’s nests are fully guaranteed, so if you could reply to the email we have now sent to you. We would like to rectify the situation.

All of our wasps nests are fully guaranteed, could you please check that we are the correct company that carried out these works for you. If so, could you please give us a call, we would be happy to send a technician back to site to erradicate the problem for you.

“Absolutely rubbish at killing wasps. Theres more than ever. Don't even think they use pesticides. More like talc. They charge a fortune for nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF”

“Would not recommend , the company does not appear to honour their commitment to appt times . The first appt was cancelled ten minutes before they were due to arrive , reason given : the operative was too busy with a previous job . Re-scheduled for two days later , again receive a phone call five minutes before appt to say operative failed to turn up to work . This is at ten to four in the afternoon , I’m assuming they knew the operative was absent in the morning ? Therefore not giving us the opportunity to arrange with another company . The person calling to cancel was very rude .”

We never offer an exact appointment time, due to the nature of the work provided. All of our operatives aim to be as efficient and responsive to our customers as possible. “Would not recommend. I phoned to have a discussion before I booked in and was on the phone for about 15 seconds as clearly all the lady wanted to do was book me in for a fixed quote - the problem being that not every infestation is the same and I would rather discuss the nuances of my situation rather than just received a “one size fits all” approach service.”

“Top notch! We had been seeing increasing flying insect activity in a very difficult place to access (corner of the roof, just above the guttering) and yesterday I decided I better do something about it. At 13.40, I called TPCC and spoke to a very helpful and professional young lady, who said she would get somebody to me within the next two to three hours. Mick, a great guy, competent and professional, arrived at 15.15, confirmed that we had a wasp problem and had it sorted by 16.00 - a few wasps buzzing around for the first hour or so but nothing since then. Could not ask for better and all for a surprisingly reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use TPCC in future.”

“I needed to use this company to clear a bad eat problem from my mothers house . We found this company and met Derrick at the house . He was super helpful and made sure to give me an hours notice as I didnt live locally . He was professional understanding and knowledgeable and gave loads of helpful advise . Hopefully I won't need pest services again but if I did I would use them again especially if we got Derrick again! Also price was also reasonable and telephone team were friendly and nice .”

“I had signs of wood-worm, The Pest Control Company turned up when they said and thoroughly investigated my problem. I got a full report and was totally happy with the service I received. The man was patient and I asked loads of questions which he answered well and put my mind at rest. Would definitely recommend. Professional, polite and efficient service.”
