“Cara, the hygienist at the clinic, is fantastic. I suffer from bad anxiety when attending the dentist but she is always so lovely and absolutely makes you feel at ease when you walk into her treatment room. She is kind & non judgemental, her quality of work is always 5 stars as she is so thorough & undoubtedly will have your teeth gleaming every time. Highly recommended & thank you for your wonderful service :)”

“The Peepermint Group has the most welcoming and attentive staff, and the practice looks amazing. Rita is fantastic, and an absolute expert on knowing what’s best to produce amazing aesthetic results. I have have been totally guided by her and had a combination of threadlifts, fillers, Botox and been provided with the most amazing Obagi skincare products. My skin looks and feels amazing and the results from my aesthetic treatments have been superb, with many compliments received on how youthful I look. Would definitely recommend The Peppermint Group, and the amazing Rita for both service and expertise. You will definitely be in tue best hands”

“Well I’m blown away today at the huge difference Rita has made not only to my face but my confidence! Her professionalism and expertise is THE BEST! I didn’t know what I should get but I explained the areas of concern and like the magic fairy that she is….all Gone! “Ive now used the Obagi range of skincare products, recommended by Rita,for over 2 weeks..Didn't really think I would see or feel such an immediate difference..im delighted.Skin is "glowing" not only in my opinion ,but one of my clients said it too.Yes it takes a little more effort to use but the results are more than worth it.Never bothered with Skincare before ..even though Rita (Dr Pod) had spoken to me a number of times about the importance of it..Her knowledge,skill and care is unbelievable.Her staff understand and work with her and patients to improve facial aesthetics.Thanks to you all for changing my mind !”

“I have been with these dentists over 15 years! I love the peppermint group! Mary hill practice! Though I moved locations I have stayed with them! Why = because for me they are the best and I recommend them to others too. There receptionist Jo was very helpful, knowledgeable and spent time on the phone & in person giving advice, tips, and advanced appointments to aid my tooth pain. Which sadly had to be extracted out after root canal treatment failed. Maraide the dentist nurse was so caring and took adequate time to address the pain , & have the tooth extracted with the least amount of pain possible with the help of her assistant/ receptionist Jo. Hayley and her senior were also helpful & knowledgeable. I would recommend them to all, getting caring, knowledgeable, humanistic dentists , that take there time, and give you before and after AFTERCARE, these days are hard to find. ( R.A )thank you for all there hard work it , I very much appreciate it”

“For many years I have had a terrible dental phobia. As a consequence my teeth are just not in great condition . I got to the stage where I was really downhearted on how my teeth looked and the general overall condition of my dental health . I gave have tried several dentists but there’s always been small issues relating to actually taking the time to take my phobia seriously as well as to treat me respectfully as a very nervous patient. A friend recommended The Peppermint Dental Group - I registered as a patient at their Bath Street practice and I have never looked back . It’s not been an easy journey for me - but I can honestly say that at every step of the way my amazing dentist has absolutely “ listened “ to me and made MY well being of paramount importance . I’ve had quite gruelling treatment because I absolutely had to have it - but at every step of the way I was consulted with , listened to and provided with the best information in order that I could make an informed decision on what course of treatment I wished to proceed with . The results of which have been fantastic and well within my original budget . - I would highly recommended The Peppermint Dental Group - I was so pleased with my treatment that I have now embarked on a fantastic skin care regime with Dr Poddar . I have always received friendly , honest AND realistic information , advice and treatment.”

“I paid a lot of money to get all my veneers and 2 bridges With veneers attached, I was guaranteed that at least they would last me 10 years despite all of them except 2 of them still being held In with temporary bonding and never been replaced by permanent bonding and then 9 Months ago my front bottom veneer came out, my right hand side front veneer came out and my left hand side bridge came out They keep putting a temporary veneer right at the front in and so far iv swallowed 4, they have never replaced the one to the right hand side of my mouth and have never replaced my bridge to the left hand side of my mouth Instead iv been told I have to go to the NHS and apply for funding to get my veneers sorted even though it’s not even been 10 years, 9 months later I am still waiting on them sorting something out and have said all they will do is give me a colbat metal plate with the missing veneers on it and as I don’t have back teeth to the right hand side of my mouth the metal clip will be attached to one of my front teeth which is going to make it very visible to anyone looking at my teeth My other option is to pay peppermint studio 1,650 each to replace my veneers not even bed in place with permanent bonding and get implants If that’s the best customer service a very large popular and not so cheap company can offer a customer it’s an absolute disgrace that people pay a lot of money to get their teeth the way they want them and that’s the resolution to the first problem that arises is to refer them to the NHS and the customer ends up getting told they will have to wear a plate now I am disgusted and enraged at this treatment of customers unless your willing to through more money at their company and I for one will not be leaving it at you’ll have to wear a colbat plate of you want your veneers back Absolutely appalling customer service from a company so large and very wealthy into the bargain No doubt this not so nice and complimentary review will be posted and made visible to the public”

“I've been a patient of Rita's for many years, I started using their ZO products recently. I'm just back from my holiday and normally the sun creams I use causes redness and irritation to my face. I usually have to apply topical steroids to reduce the redness. This was the first year that my skin felt great. I'm delighted as I usually dread the sun despite having tried every sunblock available. Thank you so much Dr.Rita and your team. I should have listened to you years ago.”

She is outstanding facial esthetics clinician and cares for each and every patient as if they were a firm friend. I know patients will be looked after her and her professional team. “I've had dental problems most of my life and went to the peppermint group when I found that my bridge post was broken and enquired what could be done. I spoke with David from my first visit and knew that I'd continue my treatment there. I've had extensive work done, bone construction, implants and veneers. I'm so pleased with the results and grateful to David and the team for the service they provided me with. Thoroughly recommend this dentist!”

“I am shock to core with the service provided by the Peppermint Group Glasgow on Bath Street. I went in for teeth whitening. They asked if I want to change my dental practice to them. When I came for treatment, they assigned me with a new dentist with a few years experience, Dr Welsh. I asked to remove silver fillings to white ceramic even though there is no problem with my tooth. I was not advised there is risk for root canal or other complications. If I have been told of the risk, I will definitely not do it. I eventually suffered for tooth pains for 6 months. Many nights not been able to sleep due to the pain. Face swollen. I ended up have to go to specialist for root canal. I went in for a cosmetic tooth treatment which suppose to be £70 and I ended up have to spend nearly £1100 in total to fix my tooth. My TOOTH is DEAD now. All I wanted was to make my tooth pretty and now it is DEAD. I feel like I go in to the practice for a face lift and I ended up have my Face Paralyse. Please do not take any cheap offer from them on GROUPON. Strongly recommend everyone not to go there. They assure you they will help you to sort out your problem but I ended up getting a letter from DD Union. I called the practice and they do not want to deal with it. My worst nightmare this year. Recent Update, The 2nd tooth that Dr Welsh did filling for me need root canal too. Another £1100 to spend for specialist to fix. Total cost, £2200 + £300 charged by Peppermint. The two teeth that he did on that day needs root canal from replacing silver filling to ceramic filling. If he told me that is what possibly going to happen, I would have never changed my filling with this practice. Dr Rita has not help the situation. Lesson that I have learned from what happen is, do not EVER try to do cosmetic procedure. The outcome is not worth the possible nightmare and long term damage.”
