Where to start so took 15 days to finally arrive it was the lies they told us i rang email or message again so they said my panels was coming Friday the the 12th rang they said damaged ok they was going to Bristol to get more will deliver Monday no delivery sent fb message for them to say they had pm no still waiting emailed then for them to say branch was ringing me still waiting finally hubby phoned and then they said they coming from London šŸ˜‚finally got today but they really didnā€™t want to deliver them please bare in mind my husband took a week of work to complete the bathroom had no compensation now he will have to do on a weekend panels lovely but could have got else where even my orders came quicker from china than Huddersfield which is 40mins down the motorway Question below emailed telephone messages

It cost me Ā£147 to clad a 6ft wall with a 4ftsq window. Some of the cost was window trim which is ver poor quality and I eould say, not fit for purpose. I say this as I've previously used widow trim for tiles which is such a robust product. I accidentally caught the trim whist fitting the sill and it just buckled, it has no strength. If you're asking me if I'd buy it again, it would be no. Although I hope my wall is now more insulated and that was my goal. Also, the front finish is paper thin znd will damage easily. I am sorry to leave this less than positive response but ig was my experience.

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the product did not meet your expectations. A PVC external corner is robust but it does have its limitations especially if an exposed corner is caught. For a window trim or any high traffic area where the external corner will be exposed to pressure or activity I would recommend an aluminium trim. Regards Panel Company | Customer Services

They don't respond to emails. Totally ignored my requests even after mentioning twice that I no longer needed the product as it wasn't delivered on time and I had bought another because I needed to finish doing my wall at a specific timeline

ā€œPrice match promiseā€ Didnā€™t/Couldn't/Wouldn't price match. Why have a price match promise\Slogan\Advert if you donā€™t price match promise. Sent round the houses only to be told they couldnā€™t price match. False trading advert?? Trading standardsā€¦

Good Afternoon, We do offer a price match promise but we can only offer this with a like for like product. There are many variations in wall coverings and flooring so in the event of a specification mismatch we wont be able to price match. Regards Panel Company | Customer Services

First of all, you took the order, after a few days I had to contact you to ask about it, to be told you had to order it in, then had a wait another week for delivery. On opening the product it was very poor quality and you say itā€™s a pattern match itā€™s not, can only be used in one continuous strip, I did write a review when a found this out, but itā€™s not been published.

Good Morning, Thank you for letting us know. I do apologise for the delay in communication, we do have certain lines that we call from a centralised storage and that can add time to the delivery. With regards the product, any brick pattern is a pattern match along the whole length. We do not advise to use a pattern match panel when you are cutting it shorter for a kitchen splashback as the pattern wont repeat. You can use it in a reduced length application but you would need to double the amount of panels for a pattern match. Regards Panel Company | Customer Services

I was not notified our panels were out of stock and not going to be delivered in time until I rang to see when they would be delivered. This resulted in us having to rush around sourcing panels in stock local to me and thereby cancelling my order with you. Very poor service, would not recommend.

On occasions there will be a delay but this should have been communicated to you at every stage. Good Afternoon, With regards your outstanding order, I have contacted the distribution centre managing your delivery and we have had to request stock from central warehouse which has unfortunately caused the delay. No next day delivery as forgot to put on van. Still waiting a week later. Plumber and electrician had to cancel so cannot move into our new property on Friday. Promised 2nd attempt would be early in week now Wednesday

Ordered wall panels for a headboard, paid for them, waited and waited. No cantact from The Panel Company, I had to contact them after a week, to be passed on to another warehouse who did not phone back. I was eventually informed they were out of stock and I was given a full refund. I then purchased the exact same panels from a different company, saved about Ā£100 and received them the very next day. Took less than an hour to install, so the items were exactly right for me. Very disappointed.

Good Afternoon, May I apologise for the customer service you received. We take great pride in our customer services and it really matters to us so to read about your experience is disappointing. When ordering an upholstered panel we have to request them from a central warehouse and this can impact the lead time BUT we should have communicated this to you at every stage. I have requested further details from the branch that was dealing with your order and we will do everything possible to ensure we improve our internal systems. Thank you for letting us know.

I ordered on line and it said it would be 4 to 5 days and I would recieve 24 hours notice .3 days later I recieved a message at around 6 am to say the would arrive that day at 9 p.m I was in work so had to wait and give up when they had not arrived by 9.30 .Aneubour took them in saying they arrived after 10 am .I will not be recommending your company as I lost 2 hours pay for nothing

Good Afternoon, We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Looking at your order, a text message was sent to a landline number the day before delivery and this would have offered advance notice. We operate an automated delivery notification system from the time of the last delivery and in this instance it didnt calculate your delivery window accurately as your order was delivered at 09:53 Our customer delivery experience is very important to us and I have relayed the issues you experienced to the relevant distribution hub.

When I placed my order online it quoted the order timings including the delivery date 26-28/09/23. When I had heard nothing on these dates I called & was told they couldnā€™t give me a delivery date until the panels were in stock & they didnā€™t know when that would be as it was a special order. I didnā€™t know it was a special order & if I had I wouldā€™ve chosen a different product or shopped elsewhere as my kitchen fitter was waiting for the panels to finish the job. I have emailed & called again & was told a delivery date (nothing confirming by email or anything) but I will wait & see what happens! When ordering I would suggest calling first to check what you want is in stock and confirm a delivery date - if they will give you one!

The panels is very nice I like them . But delivery is terrible ...drivers just left them outside my house and drove away in the early morning. Did not even rang the door bell or call me. NOT GOOD ! THATS WHY I GIVE REVIEW 1 STAR ONLY!

Hi - We are very sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused. Usually, you would receive a message the day before delivery stating a 2-hour time slot in which panels will be delivered. I will contact the branch that dispatched your order to get to the bottom of this.

Need to get some customer service training.told drivers check orders 1 line of 3 off sent 3 different items.wrong items delivered told that could never happen as driver check every order and was trying to put blame on customer.will not use again.

This company are the worst I have ever had thd misfortune to purchase from. They supplied panels which initially were forklift damaged abd could nit be used. Admittedly they sent replacements without any difficulty, however they arrived sun faded and stained and again also could mot be used. To add further insult to injury I mow have to arrange transport so that I can return them to the depot before they will issue a refund. Utterly disgusted there are other panel suppliers, save your time andmoney and shop elsewhere seriously.

Worst experience, delayed the order for two weeks. Then customer service gentleman asked for 3rd week to deliver the order but i cancelled the order and asked for refund. Each time i had to call to the customer service on the promised day for estimated time of delivery but they seem to have no information.

I have contacted the Rotherham branch that dispatched your order and there was a stocking issue with panel you ordered which you were made aware of. When delivering we discount weekends which is way the delivery may have seemed longer than you expected.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the panels delivered this time, which I would not have been able to use in the bathroom as I had previously. Whilst there were problems previously I had enough panels to avoid the problems because I over ordered. This time there were a lot of marks on both panels. The lack of close scrutiny in the place that I have used the latest panels means I was able to use them. I would not otherwise. This was after the wrong panels were delivered initially. The colour of the back of the panels has also changed. I would not expect such poor products.

Hi Hazel, We do apologise in regards to the board being different unfortunately since you ordered your last products, the supplier source for this product has since changed, when this happens we do update our samples department to ensure that the correct product is sent out and ensure the customer is happy with the product. With a more than 1 year difference between your orders we canā€™t be certain the product is going to be exactly what you ordered previously. If such time surpasses since your previous order we would recommend ordering a sample to ensure you are still happy with the product.

They made me wait 2 weeks for an order I placed and when I called them to chase it up they said it would be delivered on a certain date only to then be called the day before delivery to be told there is no stock of that item! Hence to say I will not be using this company again.

I have recently, about 2 weeks ago accidentilly ordered some materials, and cancelled them before they were dispatched. I received an email confirming the cancellation. It has been 10 days since then, 12 phone calls later and several emails, but yet, NO REFUND! I would suggest you make double sure before bying anything from this company!
