“Odd lengths of boards. I ordered a quantity of composite decking boards for a project and asked for 1.8m lengths. I asked for the lengths to fit a specific deck. The boards arrived quickly but were not 1.8m lengths. They were all slightly either too long or too short. So please be cautious when ordering. I have raised a complaint, but nobody replied.”

all samples do have a cost to send out. As stated on our website if you then choose to place a full order for one of the samples you ordered we would refund the small sample charge

“if im honest not very good at all tried making an order several times the check out wasnt working tried 2 different cards also tried calling 8 times an no one is answering the phone the order hasnt gone through and no money has come out the account, i really need the decking ordered job needs to be done by friday and the stuff isnt even ordered yet no good at all and custumer service is terrible”

“The goods arrived after a bit of a delay due to not being in stock on the shelf. However, Ellie emailed me and kept me informed throughout, and when the delivery was due. I got the screws ahead of the job and were as i was hoping. Thank you to the team. Good value for money and prompt service.”

“The products are first rate. The only shame is communication. The phone number on the website doesn’t seem to work as it rings and rings and suddenly goes dead. Emails take some time to be answered. I would suggest you are doing yourselves a disservice get contact right as products are great.”
