“Easy to talk to although during the process but quite a wait for bed to be delivered. As mention before, the young delivery men could have been more helpful, seeing how old my wife and I are, they should have offered to help us carry the items onto the landing, instead they were left in th ground floor hallway. Being from the generation that did not give in, we struggled but managed.”

“Delighted with the bed and truly excellent customer service from Matthew. He was responsive, very helpful regarding fabric choices and endlessly patient when the choice of fabric kept changing. I am already recommending the OBC to friends .”

“I’ve got three beds in my house from this company. They are very good quality and very comfortable. I’ve had 1 for 20 years and it’s still like new. The service is excellent and I think they are good value for money. My son is very happy with his new bed , it’s a more modern style and very stylish. I’m a happy customer.”

“The bed frame is really great. Very substantial and we really like the glossy ivory colour. The frame makes our bed so much more comfortable.”

“We are very pleased with the bed frame and mattress we bought from the Original Bed Company. The frame feels solid with nice, heavy brass decorative elements. Delivery was smooth. We were kept informed of the delivery date and time slot and the bed was easy to assemble. Guests have told us they experienced a great night's sleep.”

“We have purchased a total of 12 beds including mattresses from the original bed company over many years, including a batch of beds for our villa in Greece. We will need a couple of extra beds in the next 3 months and know exactly where to come!! The low foot end beds with no knobs are excellent for holiday lets and have proved to be indestructible!”

“We purchased the Tulsk Low Foot End bed a couple of months ago and couldn't be happier. My husband was quite hesitant about buying a metal bed frame as we'd had a bad experience with a poor-quality one in the past. His concerns couldn't have been more wrong! The bed is beautiful. Just to look at, you can tell it's been made to a high quality standard. The best part is that it doesn't creak even a tiny bit when you sit on it, lie on it, or shift around in the night, which we've found to happen with some lower quality metal frames in the past. The parts are very heavy, which speaks to the quality of the product. A word of warning, though: you will definitely need two people to put it together (but that's made clear from the outset in the instructions). Would absolutely buy this bed again and will recommend The Original Bed Company to others.”

“I ordered both a bed and a mattress. When they arrived, the mattress would fit up my stairs. On contacting the company, they gave me a full refund on the matress, not quibbles. I kept the bed and love it. The slide out underbed storage is really great, hold loads and has a really smooth mechansim. I'd really recommend this company, their service and products are excellent quality and good value for money.”

“We took a risk a brought both a bed and mattress without seeing them. When both arrived we did not open as moving house. When we moved in one of the first thing we did was to unpack the bed and assemble. We are delighted with both items. Both are high quality and look fantastic.”

“The bed and matress are as we expected. But much praise must go to the company for the helpful and efficient manner they handled a difficulty. When the matress proved to large to get up the stairs a solution was offered and effected with the minimum of delay. A excellent business to deal with!”

“This bed is excellent quality - very comfortable, sturdy and well-designed. It is also stunning. It’s worth the cost and wait and we plan to order another. The assembly was not difficult but it does require two people.”
