“Excellent bowl and delivery. My only criticism is the unrecyclable packaging, I didn't like having to put lots of polystyrene in the black bin.”

“Another two beautiful large temple jars , that now makes 5 temple jars , they are amazing . I would recommend all the Nine Schools Ceramics, l also have a plant pot , and will buy more soon with total confidence in them, thank you for excellent service, From Judy”

“All good but you used the wrong address . I am 3 the courtyard, Elizabeth Penton Way. But you addressed 3 Elizabeth Penton Way. However I guessed this had happened and retrieved my parcel. Love the ginger jar .”

“I liked the bedside lamps I ordered but I misjudged the size and therfore returned them.it may have been helpful to have seen the lamps in a bedroom setting which would have alerted ne to their size..also I would have ordered the lamp shades at the same time however I had not realized they were not included..my mistake”

“Bought two small sideboards and I do love them however I think they could finish the I sides with some paint and the drawers sometimes need to be jiggled into place one of the sideboards has a slightly rough feel to the paint on one of the doors”

“Two small cabinets ordered, one was damaged, but was replaced promptly and with no further problems.Very pleased with the good customer service and the two cabinets now look superb in their location.”

“Have had a good choice of products but the best ones are no longer available and range has decreased. Reasonably priced, better when on sale. No rewards. Some questionable finishing on ceramics but quite minor and usually not visible. Well packed and quick delivery”

“Very pleased with the horses when they arrived, but delivery was a day later, on my partner’s birthday, and there was only one in the box. So, disappointing really, but the other one came quicker, a couple of days later after I emailed. I have given 4 stars as the product is good, as was response to the problem. My advice would be to order well in advance to allow for any delays and errors.”

“The black sideboard is very impressive and gives the " Waouh" effect. However, if you look closely you will find the paint not being spread evenly in some parts. Luckily for me it is mainly on the side, so one does not notice it except if you look closely. It is an excellent value for the price.”

“I found Nine Schools on the web. Easy, attractive site to use. Good description and photos of products, with dimensions. At time of ordering only two of the product I chose remained available. Had very small flaws. Almost imperceptible. Received a phone call and e mail with photos explaining the flaws. Was given option of a 20% discount. Very honest of Nine Schools. Would struggle to notice the flaw without being told. Product is excellent quality, very well made. Price was very good for such a well made item. I saw others at twice or thrice the price. Product arrived quickly once order confirmed. My only beef, and the reason for a 4 star review rather than a 5 star review was the amount of expanded polystyrene that the product came wrapped in. I want my product to arrive undamaged but this packaging is not recyclable. There must be an alternative ? Please try to find an alternative.”
