“I have purchased a number of blue and white ceramics from The Nine Schools, All items are despatched as soon as the order is processed and arrive extremely well packaged. The items themselves have all been really lovely. I bought a beautiful piece for a friends birthday and truly struggled to hand it over! So glad I did though, as the recipient loved it just as much as me. Highly recommend.”

“I have just made my second purchase from this delightful company, who have impressed me with their efforts to despatch goods speedily. Unfortunately, the carrier, DPD are woefully unreliable in my area,and it was a good week or so, before receipt. Obviously, this is not the fault of Nine Schools whatsoever, but really negates the good intentions of a speedy, reliable service by them. I really rate this company highly.”

“Increibly fast service, ordered one day and delivered the next. Also very well packed as we were out when the delivery arrived and the courier dropped the boxes over a 6-foot gate at the side of the house. No damage to the items inside!”

“Unfortunately I was not able to download the tracking app. When the parcel did not turn up after '2 working days', as promised, I wrote and had a very prompt and polite response. The package was delievered a week from placing order. HOWEVER... I thought I had ordered a 'small lamp' base. It was far bigger thn it looked on the photo! Not what I wanted but I'll keep it as it's gorgeous! Still need a small ceramic base, though!”

“Great company - very speedy response to my query, followed by very speedy despatch of order. Order was delayed due to recent adverse weather but no fault of Nine Schools. My very fragile order was very well protected with appropriate packaging so no damage caused. No complaints whatsoever, highly recommend shopping with.”

“Absolutely delighted with both Ginger jars, the large blue one has an amazing colour and looks amazing in the sunshine. Both jars are of great quality and having bought in the Returns sale I am very pleased and impressed. Look great on the anime Schools Chinese cabinet. Thank you.”
