“I have been invited to write this review by The Nine Schools. My parcel was delivered by the carrier and left outside without my permission. It has gone missing, presumably stolen. After initially asking me to investigate the issue myself, The Nine Schools are investigating and so I have to wait for either my product or a refund. I have pointed out that a missing parcel is the responsibility of the retailer and that I should not have to wait before I receive a replacement product or a refund. A point I have clarified with the Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards. At this point I am without my product and am also out of pocket! The worse thing however has been that there has been no apology or understanding offered to me throughout the whole experience, even after I pointed it out. I am still waiting for a reply to my last email to them.”

“Lovely looking website and amazing service. Ordered two medium sized ginger jars and they arrived within 24hours, very well packaged and the jars and beautiful and a really reasonable price. Will definitely use this website again and would recommend to anyone. Very pleased - thank you.”

Yes we apologise for the faults on the lamp - our items are hand painted and sometimes have flaws, we refunded your purchase in full

“I’m very pleased with the ginger jar; it’s just what I wanted. Impressed also with the speed and efficiency of dispatch. Almost next day delivery and very well packed.”

“Bought two small sideboards and I do love them however I think they could finish the I sides with some paint and the drawers sometimes need to be jiggled into place one of the sideboards has a slightly rough feel to the paint on one of the doors”
