“The order arrived very quickly and unfortunately the deodorant was more Disaster than Triumph, as it certainly didn’t smell like anything you might want to smell of. However the level of customer service was outstanding. Danielle dealt with the issue in a very positive, friendly and efficient way and has given me every faith in buying from The Modern Man in the future. Thank you!”

“As accustomed as we all are to buying online, we are only too familiar with the pitfalls of deliveries and errors occurring occasionally. I for one, enjoy looking for UK-based suppliers to eliminate the possibility of such things happening therefore I was delighted to stumble upon THE MODERN MAN and not only find more than what I could have ever imagined was possible without searching in China, I found the prices unbelievable. I placed my order and behold, Royal Mail dropped the ball and my package went missing. Danielle Harris, who works for the company, promptly replied to my email and afforded me every courtesy imaginable during a customer satisfaction telephone call, blowing me away. She then resent my package, ensuring the same error wouldn't happen twice and as much as everyone might like a bargain, nothing beats value coupled with excellent service. I felt as if I had ordered and paid for a Pink Elephant from Harrod for an undisclosed amount, such was the way THE MODERN MAN make you feel. One to put on your radars for shopping excellence. Five stars are not enough.”

“Shaving soap not delivered because package included 2 items and you had run out of enough. Not advice and I had to ring in to get it resolved,subsequently resolved quickly with generous recompense. Good customer service. Thanks.”
