“Service was good and quick and seems to have resolved any issues however communication was lacking. I sent off my device to the master locksmith on a Thursday and it was back and in working order on the following Wednesday. However, I received no communication about whether an issue was identified or what was done to resolve the issue. (It is not the end of the world as the issue is seemingly fixed but a nice to have) The item was returned in a box with no note or information.”

“Contacted to try to repair a keyless remote for a Land Rover Freelander 2, the postal/phone service was very efficient & the guys in the shop were really helpful. It transpired that the fault was connected to antenna fitted in the car and the fob now works perfectly so thank you. I would certainly recommend using The Master Locksmith.”

“Great service... posted my Vito key and steering black box on Thursday and got it back on Saturday, all works fine again. It would of been nice to have got a note telling me what the actual issue was and what repair had been carried out but the main thing is it only cost £150 rather than a new ignition box from Merc at £800!”

“Key worked fine but it was posted to wrong address! No 29 instead of 20. Luckily no 29 recognised and returned it to me.”

“Good service, efficient and effective as my key is now working really well and my car has been promoted to a Range Rover! The silver covering on the key clearly states this, rather than just ‘Land Rover’ . I’m not sure about this really, as if I sell my Discovery Sport it may appear suspicious. Any feedback from The Master Locksmith welcome.”

“I have used the master locksmiths twice and both times they have been very helpful and a very speedy service. The only negative is that when I sent in my keyfob for a replacement case I assumed the key that is in the original case would be put in the new case, unfortunately the case is different from the original an so the key does not fit, which would mean if my keyfob were to fail I would not have the emergency key to hand.”

“Quick turnaround. Instructions for syncing were incorrect. In my case turn key to Pos.1 repeat 5 times quickly, remove key from ign. press and hold unlock button whilst pressing lock button 3 times. start engine, stop engine. test remote. hunky-dory. thanks”

“Fast and efficient! The only criticism is that the website is difficult, it’s not clear what steps are required to pay for and send off the key and communications could have been better but, they do what they say and fast, they don’t cost the earth either 👏”

“Service very quick and efficient, couple of small issues with the key where it has not worked 100%, so will monitor over next week or so and if all ok I will send my second key for refurbishment. If small gremlins do not reoccur, and all goes well service is good value Cheers”
