“At my cost I posted my LR FL2 key to The Master Locksmith's it arrived next day at their premises and the said they had fixed it and tested every function and returned it to me at my expense. When I got it back the car would not open or close with my key, it could open boot turn on welcome light and car would run with key in slot. I contacted The Master Locksmith straight away I was asked to send it back, they assured me they never send out faulty key, at my expense I returned my key to them I am still waiting to hear from them. As a service not very good”

“Had a Mercedes key repaired and refurbished. Came back within 3 working days (including posting) in full working order and replacement casing / buttons. Exactly what I required and cheaper or no more expensive than elsewhere.”

“Having been advised by local car locksmiths to replace the key on my Freelander 2 rather than the battery which was very expensive, I found TML on Google having looked at how involved changing the battery was due to it being soldered in as it is a rechargeable remote. Ordering was simple, posted the key recorded delivery as advised and 2 days later the key was returned in full working order. Superb service and highly recommend The Master Locksmith.”

“Contacted to try to repair a keyless remote for a Land Rover Freelander 2, the postal/phone service was very efficient & the guys in the shop were really helpful. It transpired that the fault was connected to antenna fitted in the car and the fob now works perfectly so thank you. I would certainly recommend using The Master Locksmith.”

“After having a go at replacing the battery myself, I managed to cut too far and damaged the PCB. Thankfully, not an issue for The Master Locksmith. Working key returned within 2-days of sending it out. It needed resynching to my Z4, but instructions were provided and were simple to follow - thanks.”

“I’ve been using the master locksmith for years to replace my key battery. Always a great and efficient experience. Recently I thought I would “have a go” and replace a battery myself & replace the housing, which involved soldering. It did not go well. Luckily TML were able to pick up the pieces and my new key is working! Highly recommend!”
