“These people are amazing! I had a problem with the ignition in a Mercedes and got the way to get the part out by watching YouTube videos. It was boxed up and posted to The Master Locksmiths. Their pricing is far more reasonable than others. As a nervous customer I called for reassurance and liked their feedback. I got the ignition back today, promptly put it back the car and voilà, I'm back in action. Not only did I get an additional "key" it came with a blank for me to get cut, just incase. I am sincerely impressed!”

“Sent my old key fob that I tried to solder with the new empty fob and not only did they fix it but they cut the blank key I sent with it ! All this in five days from sending to getting back !! Fantastic service indeed Five star rating all day long, thanks 🤩”

“Very impressive. I sent the key by Royal Mail on Wedneday, got it back by Royal Mail Saturday. Brand new key fob and new metal key. All worked perfectly.”

“My car is nearly twenty years old so original keys were not working well, one key not working at all, second has battery issues. BMW wanted a couple of hundred pounds per key to replace. Master Locksmith sorted at a fraction of the cost and only took a few days to get it back. The key I’ve just got back is working perfectly, just about to send second key too. Great service, thank you”

“Locksmiths able to replace locks with previously used one, selling them as new all embraced by the MLA! Happened to me, elderly pensioner of 75 years old, living on my own. I got my money back, but would I had no money to call another locksmith then I would had to keep my door with the knowledge somebody else, somewhere has the keys of my home! The MLA disposed of me accusing me of being unreasonable! I dont need your money, dear! I want YOU, MLA, to inforce the rules so we, the little people, know we are safe in our own home!”
