“Excellent service from everyone at the TLKF. John the designer was very patient and had really good product knowledge. Darren and Bryn the fitters were exceptionally pleasant, really good at their job and nothing was too much trouble for them. Infact the whole team at the TLKF were exceptional. A really good effort from you all. Well done.”

“From the initial advice, design, material choices, pricing, advice on sundry trades (e.g. Plastering) the service was fully coordinated and was carried out on time to quality and within the budget we set ourselves. The design and installation teams were great. The installers were tidy, courteous, work to high standards and delivered a great job. John came out after the installation to look at the Kitchen and see if there were any problems (there were none !) and helped us with registering the appliance guarantees. Great job - we are really pleased !!”

“We would 100% recommend The Little Kitchen Factory and have no hesitation in using them again. I found their details via asking for recommendations on my local forum on Facebook. After reading numerous 5 star reviews we visited the showroom with high hopes, and they did not disappoint. Their customer service is fantastic, they are very friendly and clearly put the customer first, a concept that many companies don't seem to understand these days. There aren't any pushy sales people and it's obvious they take pride in their work. John English took the time to listen to us and offer advice in a very friendly manner. John was aware of my mobility problems and took that into account when designing the kitchen. He even phoned me a couple of days before we were due to go back to the showroom to check which of the customer desks I would be most comfortable sat at to view the plans. Something I really appreciated. Having had a couples of quotes from other companies, we found tlkf quote to be very reasonable and we opted for painted solid timber doors, which we previously thought would be out of our price range. We were very impressed with the payment arrangements as one of the big leading companies told us we would have to pay 100% at time of placing order! John explained we would pay 10% on order, 80% at start of installation and the final 10% after installation, when John had visited us to view the finished kitchen and make sure we were happy with everything. In today's unfortunate climate of businesses closing down this payment arrangement gave us confidence to place an order with them. John was very patient with us whilst we chose our colour scheme and when we were struggling to pick the handles he made a suggestion which was perfect. I found out after the kitchen had been fitted that my husband had not been 100% convinced that the handles were right but he's so glad he put his trust in John, indeed we've had many compliments from friends. Colin visited us before the order was placed with the suppliers to double check all measurements etc, so we were happy there would be no nasty surprises when the fitters came to install the kitchen. They kept in contact with us at every stage so we didn't feel forgotten about. We needed some electrical work and plastering to be carried out before installation and we were happy to use the tradesmen that John and Colin recommended. Again their prices were reasonable and we are more than happy with their work and we have kept their contact details for any further jobs we may have. Tlkf communicated with them and everything flowed seamlessly. The fitters were great, very polite and made a great job of installing the kitchen for us. We had a couple of small issues which were addressed promptly. We are so happy with our new fitted kitchen. If we do have any issues in the future we would be confident that with their excellent customer service The Little Kitchen Factory would resolve them promptly. Thanks to The Little Kitchen Factory for taking all the stress out of this project.”

“I cannot recommend the Little Kitchen Factory enough. From beginning to end the entire team showed complete professionalism. Having expressed what I wanted from the kitchen the design was so clever my small kitchen looks bigger even though more cabinets have been fitted and the appliances are superb. The fitters worked extremely hard and fitted the kitchen perfectly. The schedule of appointments for initial consultation, design, and fittings and follow ups were given in advance and kept so no chasing up which impressed me very much. I have a beautiful kitchen provided by an excellent company!”

“We went to TLKF after seeing the results of a friends kitchen - over 10 years ago but still looking fresh. Customer service is excellent - from the freshly made coffee in the sales room to the final checks and guidance around the finished kitchen. We are people very averse to any sort of hard sales patter, but there is none of that here. Just gentle guidance around all your options. No tricksy sales gimmicks, no pushing of discounts for promotional boards outside your house or finance options that cause you more stress than you want. The design created was a revelation for our kitchen - all we hoped for but we had never managed with the limited options of high street, DIY store options. Yes it is a little bit pricier than these basic ranges, but we now have a kitchen that will last us for many years with quality finishes. Installation ran smoothly from start to finish. The guys arrived on time every day; were respectful and polite. We had confidence from start to finish of the process that everything would go well. If there had been any hiccups (which there were none), we felt confident that it would have been sorted out quickly and smoothly. The Little Kitchen Factory made me very, very happy!!”

“Our Journey started with a meeting with John who, with great patience, showed us various kitchens, accessories, colours, etc. Despite the odds, turned our fragmented thoughts into a design that we were both delighted with. Colin visited twice during the construction of the extension to advise where the services needed to be. The kitchen fitters were superb, friendly and very professional. all was completed on time, to budget and to a very high standard. We decided to change the old kitchen into a home office/snug and there was only one person to call - yes John English! He called to our home and again listened to our thoughts and gave us a design that was more than we had hoped for. Again Colin called round to ensure all the services were located properly and the fitters did what they do best. It has been quite a while since the kitchen was fitted but looks like it was fitted yesterday, thanks to the quality of design, product and fitting. There is nothing we would change. Right from John with his patience, great knowledge & experience through Colin with his construction knowledge to the quality of the fitters, LKF has been professional, friendly and a great pleasure to work with on both projects. Many thanks to the LKF Team for making the experience enjoyable.”

“It has been a pleasure to do business with the Little Kitchen Factory. A professional company with quality products and customer care second to none. A great showroom to give you ideas, and John listens to your needs and guides rather than over rules. The whole office were more than helpful when answering questions that kept cropping up. The kitchen arrived on time and the fitters took great care and were a pleasure to have in our home. The kitchen has exceeded our expectations and is a joy to work in. “Excellent product, service and value for money. From the first appointment I was impressed with this company. Appointments were not rushed and nothing was too much trouble. The workmen were respectful of my home and are excellent trades men and excellent at what they do. All trades are arranged by the company, which took a lot of stress out of a new kitchen. I cannot recommend this company enough if you are looking for a new kitchen.”

“We were impressed from first visit to the showroom. John who designed our kitchen was very knowledgeable about all the products and equipment, and also very patient when we wanted to change a couple of ideas. The fitting team lead by Darren were very hard working - paying great attention to detail - I love the way my dryer has been concealed! Tim the electrician was great and re-positioned our fuse box to a more accessible place. Everyone including the plasterer and worktop fitters all arrived when scheduled to and all very professional in their work. Our lovely new kitchen is now so much more user-friendly. Very impressed with all at "TLKF" and their associates - I would highly recommend them. Thanks again.”

“Our kitchen has been completely transformed by The Little Kitchen Factory. We had a few ideas ourselves but Darren came up with some different suggestions which looked so streamlined and spacious compared to how we'd imagined it. Our old kitchen was completely gutted and re-plastered. Materials, units and appliances were all delivered as and when required and the work schedules all went to plan meaning our new kitchen was finished just in time for Christmas. The team are very friendly and hard-working and the finished result is amazing. We've had a few weeks to get used to the kitchen now and the new appliances are very efficient and work so well together. The original price quoted was the price charged when all finished and , I have to say, is worth every penny. Thanks to all the team at The Little Kitchen Factory.”

“The moment we walked into the showroom we were so impressed by the designs and the quality. Darren and Colin were happy to give us helpful advice and produced a computer generated 3D plan to give us a better idea of the finished design. The installation team, Darren, Chris & Bryn worked hard in very cold and difficult conditions, nothing was too much trouble. They did an amazing job and the end result exceeded our expectations. Massive thanks to everyone at The Little Kitchen Factory for seamlessly producing something we could only dream of.”
