“Me and my partner went to see the new Hunger Games on Tuesday the 21st at the half 4 viewing and the gentleman that was our host was absolutely brilliant so kind and super cheerful he definitely needs praise! what an amazing guy and so helpful!!!!”
“Went to the bowling yesterday and my daughter abd her friend went to the pick and mix. I got there just after then abd they had already started to put sweets in the bag but the security guard was shouting at them for dropping a sweet. He didn’t stop when I arrived and was really having a go at them my daughter who dropped a sweet( hard to pick up a snake with a plastic shovel) and was telling her friend she was a liar whilst she was crying her eyes out. Both are young kids and I’d more than Happily pay for the one sweet they dropped but to shout the way he did and make them cry was way over the top! He only stopped shouting when I told him my daughter is autistic and she doesn’t understand! It completely ruined bowling as I had two kids upset and shaken by it. complete waste of money for our day out.”

“Absolutely loved the Downton Abbey film today but it was absolutely freezing in the cinema. Not much point in having reclining chairs etc when it was a very uncomfortable, expensive, unrelaxing experience for everyone. I'd suggest you either turn the air conditioning down or provide customers with throws/wraps and hats.”
“Love coming here to watch films. The seats are comfortable, the staff are lovely. Always someone comes in before the film to let you know they are on hand to help if needed. The food is good, several options for tango blast slushies. Come here time and time again. Keep it up.”
