Unfortunately the bulbs I ordered were not the right size.Trying to find out which were the right ones, I spoke to one man that was very helpful and another man that was very patronising in words and tone which wasn’t helpful or appreciated.

One blub blew on switching on. Two more glass shattered. I assume they were manufactured in China and of a dangerous very poor quality

Lamps came a little slow. Main problem was lack of communication. I emailed twice to obtain a invoice without reply. Had to phone eventually. Small things matter these days and so would now look elsewhere in the future

Light bulbs arrived as specified and undamaged. Delivery was unacceptable. Claims made at time of order were not complied with, emails seeking clarification/updates were not answered and only after a difficult telehone conversation was the order dispatched. The excuse they gave was that they had been busy over Christmas.

I ordered the end of December and my order to more than 5 weeks to arrive. When I chased in the meantime, I got zero response.

Have been using Easy Lightbulbs for a few years now and thought their service was great, especially when you call to discuss an issue. However, I placed an order and after a few weeks had not heard anything so I emailed 4 times via their website and directly to them asking what was happening and got no response at all from any email which was very disappointing. In the end I rang to be told they were not sure what was going on but upon checking one specialist bulb that i had ordered might not be in stock so they would send the rest of the order. After saying it would sure to be with them in a few weeks, again chased and then got an automatic email saying they were refunding me for the specialist bulb but with no response at all to any emails I had sent. I assume refund happened and I eventually got my part order but very disappointed in being ignored as I wasnt expecting that from them.

I am pleased with the bulbs. However, they arrived a little late and there was a slight mix-up with the order. I received slightly different bulbs and there was one short. I have emailed to get a refund, but I haven't heard anything for a few days.

AS a business myself, I never understand why I have to chase other businesses for goods ordered. Two emails ignored so I call. Yes, they will be sent out says Easy Light Bulbs .. 'But we are VERY busy..' Hmm. Can I have a VAT receipt? you can but it never arrives..

The ceramic lamps ordered were of good quality and at a decent price. Shame the website did not say they were out of stock when I ordered them. Had to phone up to chase them up and the gentleman I spoke to was not helpful at all. He told me they were now in stock and would be sent out . Then had an email saying they were not in stock and would be sent when they were.

I have not yet received my order that was placed on the 11th Sept, now the 5th Oct. Still waiting after an initial email to say there may be a 5 day delay (appreciated the contact). Enquired recently but no reply yet from customer service. Perhaps a substitute could be suggested?

Web site showed stock of 5. Order not yet delivered because they said out of stock. Only ordered 8. Does not answer the phones. I was waiting nearly 3 hours. Got fed up and hung up.

I Purchased 10 Lamps (Bulbs) 60V 5W E14 T15X35 MM . I inserted three of them one after the other and each of them immediately "blew" and "tripped" the main Disconnect. I spoke to your Company and explained that I Believed that the bulbs could be drawing a higher current (amperage)Than their 5W rating. The person I spoke to said " I am not technical but someone who is will call you tomorrow" this was on or about Thurs.31 March. This did not happen and I am still waiting.

Quick and efficient. Unfortunately after having them a couple of weeks when I went to instal I discovered one of the bulbs had separated from the screw and is therefore useless which was disappointing.

Not suitable for household rooms! I purchased C40SES E14 clear bulbs. Category "General household lighting". On the box its states "Lamp for traffic light" "lamp is not suitable for household room illumination". Your sales desk advised me that this was not correct and only there to comply with EU legislation. There is also no mention of whether the bulbs are dimmable or not. Surely this is a basic requirement in the description. Your advisor said that they are dimmable. Your website should be absolutely clear about its suitability and specification.

I needed a dimmable bulb and ordered according to the advice received from the agent who responded. They did not fit my lamps so I returned them. I am still waiting for a refund.
