“Good website. Our bulbs were a tricky size to find, so I was delighted to find them here. Receipt of the parcel took a little longer than I hoped, but was very well packaged. No breakages!”

“We live in an ancient cottage - it used to be in now-where land outside of reading but now we are pretty mich surrounded by development from the second half of the 20th century up until a few years ago. (there are advantages - good internet, mains drainage and gas!) However, we have mall windows and low ceilings - so lighting is a problem. In my study room I had a 33 inch architectural incandescent light - but when hte last one blew I know it was time to go to LED. I overlooked the fact that the old tube had peg contacts and the new one has ovals. I now have a 1 metre LED tube which is MUCH brighter (Yay!) and uses about 1/8th of the. power. The lamp sockets came from Easy LightBulbs - but for the next ones I'll buy tubes from them too (we have 3 which are 18 20 & 22 inches - they will all have to be 1/2 metre - but I guess that is progress! I'd give 4 1/2 stars as the delivery was a bit longer that I would have liked for 5. BTW paypal would have made up for that!”

“This company has excellent stock and availability. Items arrive well packed in biodegradable packaging. Dispatch time could be improved but if you are happy to wait a couple of days for good service this need not be a problem.”

“Excellent service - provided all the obscure bulbs I needed at a reasonable price and prompt delivery. Only criticism I have is that the packaging is good but it used lots of polystyrene pieces which take forever to decompose. Would be better if cardboard or other environmentally friendly packaging could be used please.”

“Arrives in good time. Nothing damaged in transit. Reason for not being 5/5 is that somehow I was charged twice. Although it was resolved very quickly, if the finance department had not spotted it, we would have inadvertantly paid twice.”
