“The purchase process was quite easy and seller was easy to communicate with. The delivery took longer than anticipated and I have severe reservations about the choice of the delivery agency 'dpd' who are not easy to communicate with”

“Easy to contact by telephone or email with friendly and polite advisers. However, the delivery time I was given was optimistic (3-4 working days) and even when I was given a specific day, my purchase was actually delivered the following day. I had no communication from the couriers regarding the time of delivery and I was informed by the Home Lighting Centre (when I phoned them) that it had been delivered to a neighbour. However when I arrived home it had been left in our porch which wasn't a problem but not what I had been advised. (At this stage I think the Home Lighting Centre may just have been using the information given to them (incorrect) by the couriers.)”

“Ordered the lights after seeing them in The Range, they were much cheaper from THLC! Ordering was easy and delivery exactly when they said it would be. I would recommend THLC and would definitely use them again.”

“The lady I spoke to, Beverley was lovely and very helpful, however the product said 'in stock' they took my payment, I did receive the refund quickly but only because I rang up to see what was going on with my order. Also I checked since and the product still says 'in stock' even though they cannot get this product any more. You need to keep your website updated at all times to avoid upsetting customers”

“Your product is great but unfortunately DPD your chosen courier lets you down. We had no end of trouble getting this lamp delivered to us & it resulted in a very ugly scene with the company.”

“My friends and I spent 2 nights and found the stay was excellent, very memorable in a clean and comfortable room. The view which faced the beach is amazing. The food was generous as well.”

“I found it difficult to access the company website to find information relating to returns. When I telephoned I understood I would receive labels to attach to the return. However it was just an instruction I contacted by telephone and email”
