“Very disappointed with the service. Products were advertised at a given reduced price online and the order was placed, invoice issued and money taken under the expectation of the products arriving the next day. Then 8 days later we chased up on the order as it had not been delivered only to be advised that they were listed at the incorrect price online and we will not be receiving the lights due to the error made by The Home Lighting Centre. As an individual providing a service to a third party I have been extremely let down and as such will not be using this company again.”

“We are STILL awaiting delivery of this light so at the moment I’m not very happy as it has now been 7 days since I placed the order, but, NOBOBY has even bothered to contact me to inform me what is happening with my order, I have had to call myself and, I still DO NOT have any idea when the light may arrive, which has been already paid for. Very disappointed”

“Over priced and useless!!! They are great at taking payment for things that are not in stock and waiting 2 days after estimated delivery date to tell you they have only just started to process your order!!! If my order ain’t here by Monday as promised I will be demanding a full refund.”

“ordered and paid for over a week ago. at the time of ordering I was advised (online) I would receive the item in 3-4 working days. so far no items have been received , the only contact from the company was when I contacted them to ask where my good were and was advised they have been ordered from their providers . . . not happy at all!!!! items ordered and paid for , not yet received and no courtesy contact from the company!”

“Products are good selection and quality. On line ordering easy but delivery didnt happen as committed, and after writing to THLC asking where products were I never received a response so finally had to call them to find out they would be at least another week. This made scheduling the electrician impossible knocking back everything over 4 weeks due to poor comms.”

“Website reports "in-stock". Order is accepted, payment is taken and then we are informed "items were never in stock" and needed to be ordered from manufacturer who can't provide it for weeks-disingenuous!”

“Slow delivery. Although the website said that the item was in stock and despatch was normally within 24 hours, my order had not been despatched after 7 days. I telephoned and they said the order would be despatched that day for delivery the following day, and it was. Shouldn't have been the delay.”
