“Order process and delivery all straightforward, however my instruction regarding delivery were not passed onto the delivery driver and if I had not been home the oil would have been put into the wrong tank. This would have resulted in many difficulties, including investigating who was at fault and how to rearrange a replacement delivery. This makes me wary of using the oil club for future deliveries. Additionally, this was an under delivery as the tanker ran out of fuel so I await a refund.”
