“Nice t-shirt. Unfortunately the sizing is a bit strange. Purchased a small size after comparing the size to partners t-shirts which is usually a medium. But the measurements fell within a small. And having read reviews people saying how the sizes are big I purchased a small for fathers day. Unfortunately it’s slightly tight and can’t be worn. Somewhat disappointed.”

“The book I ordered was nice, but I thought it would be more personalised, the personalised note is very small and easily missed, I thought some of the scenarios in the book could have included the chosen persons name, instead of the normal randomly selected ones. Really good quality book though, but probably not worth the price”

“Decided to order something for my mums 80th birthday, as we were unable to celebrate properly due to Covid 19. Ordering was very easy and quick and had an email very quick after to say my order was being processed and then despatched. It all then went pear shaped as it took 17 days to arrive, and finally received my order a week after my mums birthday. ! I know things have been slightly slower lately but the post is all pretty much back on track so not quite sure what happened here. Very disappointed.”

“Disappointingly the picture portrays personalised champagne in a presentation box. It arrived in a gold box. The picture was deceiving! I did question it to be told there was a drop down box to pay an extra £5 for presentation box. I didn’t realise until I gave it to our friends that the label was puckered the bottom - again disappointed!! All in all not happy as felt present didn’t look worth the money we paid.”
“The gift arrived late because it was sent through normal royal mail post which was affected by the pandemic. The vendor didn't follow my clear instructions for the printed message and didn't contact me to confirm what I wanted. Unfortunately not a happy gifter and a late one at that!”
“The service and quality was perfect, but the photo frame was shown as portrait on the website with engraving on the top and bottom. However when it arrived the engraving was on the side, making it a landscape frame, the photos I wanted to put in it didn't fit that way round, so it now looks odd.”
“I ordered a gift on behalf of my Mum for her friend's golden wedding anniversary along with a personalised card. When it came the gift (a glass keepsake) was nice enough but my Mum was unhappy about the bash/scuff marks on the gift box it came in and the card not being folded/printed correctly and I had to request replacements which were better than the originals”
“Purchasing was very helpful, up this is a gift which cannot be experienced until after lockdown. The only problem with the purchase is that it was supposed to be sent to my son, who the gift is for, not to me, so you will have to refer to the original application and as him to let you know how good the experience once he has had the opportunity of using it.”
“Loved the product however order came wrong the 1st time round. My order was half correct as the engraving had the correct name and message then the last line was incorrect which i cant understand how they got it wrong? It had Love from Wendy? All i wanted was loads of love??? I emailed on the weekend so knew that it would have needed time to be answered too however took a long time on monday to reply when i sent several emails that day also. A new one was sent quite quick considering the pandemic. The new one is correct and now can be gifted.”
