The Thermidor kit was a huge disappointment. While the lobster tails were good quality, the sauce was bland, watery and insufficient and the gremolata added nothing. Thermidor sauce should be rich and unctuous.

You did not deliver my order as confirmed in my order form and instead, DPD is shipping the parcel back to you.

Fish and rest are good but customer service are extremely poor. I have been using Fish Society for few years. This time we got sent the wrong order before Christmas. Called on the day but no one picked up. I called the person who should be getting my order and she got her order correct. These are fine as I appreciate it was right before Christmas so things get busy. Things get really negative after we come back from our trip mid Jan. Called up Fish society and the guy behind. the phone was very aggressive. Blaming us on not calling on the day (despite calling on the day already) and blaming us not telling them earlier (as we were on a trip). Ended the call of the guy from Fish society saying see what he can do but not likely to be much (My order was £100+ and the order we got was ~£80). Absolutely disappointed.

I am totally very dissatisfied as I placed Order #449414 for a delivery 29 December. The order never arrived and despite 2 requests to your customer services team (Casandra) I still have not received the fish ordered or been given a refund of £68.80 payment made to you. I have eaten fish supplied by you in the past and had hoped to make orders from you a regular occurrence but obviously this will be not be happening now

Basically they ripped me off by sending less caviar than I ordered. They then refused to answer emails about it (which is worse). Be careful.

Good afternoon Stephen We were very sorry that, due to human error, you received the wrong and with your delivery date being so close to Christmas we were unable to resend it so as to arrive in time. Alas, they didn’t. In fact, they made me very sad. I had been looking forward to my order of tuna for several months (as had my guests). No apology or communication from the company. A poor show.

Good morning Simon We're so very sorry that due to an oversight at our end your order was not despatched. We appreciate how disappointing that was and also incredibly inconvenient. It never turned up. Despite numerous emails and messages over all the platforms it took me to call after the new year to get a see. Was issued a full refund, but when I asked for some form of good-will gesture to maintain our custom in the future, was told ‘it was royal mails fault, we don’t do that. Thanks for ruining a New Year’s Eve plan. This company does not give a flying fish towards customer service. Stay well clear and read other reviews elsewhere. I wish I had prior to spending over £100 pounds

We are so disappointed with the customer service. After not receiving an item which was required for Christmas, there was no refund or communication there was an issue with the product. We have made contact four times with the company and not received a response
