“There are not many things you buy that you are 100% happy with. However, my fireplace from the Fireplace Studio is perfect. We had a new fire, with a slate hearth and back panel, but kept our existing fire surround. It looks amazing and we have had positive compliments from everyone who has seen it. A special mention goes to Adam and his colleague who fitted the fire, perfect workmanship, clean, tidy and very polite.”

“So pleased with our new electric fire that we bought to fit ourselves. It was nice to be given the chance to have a good browse round the large well stocked showroom and we were given plenty of time and help to choose the fire to suit our needs. Mandy who helped and served us was very professional polite friendly and knowledgeable. The guys who delivered the fire were on time very polite and very quick in placing the fire where we needed it putting.”

“we booked a fire service the engineer came out striped the fir looked at the marble fire surround decided as to his opinion it wasn't sealed to the wall he did not do a smoke test or air flow just turned the gas of and left a 70 year old pensioner with no room heat and no offer of rectification since then two gas service engineers have inspected and properly tested and now i have a perfect working fire it seems all this guy wanted was to upsell a new fire for £1200 will not recommend this company”

Thank you for your review Mr Blatherwick. Although we had not supplied or installed your gas fire we agreed to assess and service it at your request. Our engineer noted that the fire is installed incorrectly, the fireplace is not sealed and the base for the fire is unsuitable. He advised you of the rectification work required to make it safe, and alternatively the cost of a new high efficiency fire supplied and installed by us. “We have been extremely happy with the process from start to finish. We met the owner Jason in the showroom and after booking in a consulation were excited by his enthusiasm and design options. A thorough quote was provided and once the job was booked in clear communication commenced immediately. Gavin led the project and was supported by Rodney over several days. We were impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, hard work, problem solving, suggestions and communication. The whole process went extremely smoothly and we have enjoyed having the team working at our property. The entire lounge space has been completely transformed. We would not hesitate to recommend The Fireplace Studio.”

“We bought a fireplace and media wall through the studio and cannot thank them enough. When we went in in November we thought it was going to be a huge task to get what we wanted put in but the team just sorted it all out themselves. Very easy for us! They have a team for building the walls, electricians for the sockets, plasterers and people to mount tvs and put in the fireplace. We had quite a prompt deadline to get it in as we were also having a new carpet and sofa delivered but they gave me dates straight away and put up with my endless questions. The workmen were really professional and kind, even my dogs wouldn't leave them alone! The finished product speaks for itself and the team have given us lots of advice on how to look after our fireplace and the limestone surround. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else now!”

“Excellent service from making initial decision on choice of fire, through to installation. Old fire removed, new one fitted on date specified and without any fuss. Fitter Adam was polite, respectful, and very professional in his work. Took his time to fit our new fire, cleaned up afterwards and provided a first class service. Highly recommended to you.”

“The service we received from the Fireplace Studio was outstanding from start to finish. Graham helped us choose the right gas stove for our needs and Dean and Adam came and did a superb installation for us and were brilliant. “Excellent, professional service from The Fireplace Studio from start to finish. We first visited this lovely showroom in November 2021, a lady who I think was called Mandy? was very helpful and gave us advise on the type of fire that would be suitable for our property. After visiting other fireplace showrooms, the were no comparison, we returned to The Fireplace Studio and arranged for Ashley to visit the property to do a survey in January 2022. Again, excellent service, Ashley explained exactly what work needed to be done to fit the fire and fireplace that we had chosen. Our circumstances meant that we needed to delay placing our order but did so eventually, and also placed an order for one of their beautiful mirrors. Dean and Adam fitted the fire for us on the 15th & 16th September, they were a pleasure to have in the house. They were polite, professional, clean workers, northing was too much trouble for them, they also hung the mirror for us. We are extremely pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“What a refreshing change to deal with a professional company who has a fantastic team who really care and look after their customers. I purchased a new fireplace and they arrived on time, where competitive and more important installed it quickly and with no mess. It looks fantastic and I would not hesitate to provide a reference to this company! They came recommended to me and I can see why. Love the product. Worth paying them a visit if you are looking for a real statement fireplace. Thanks!”
