Hi Deborah, Many thanks for your recent review of the card for your great-granddaughter. I'm really sorry to hear there was no envelope with it - I can't quite believe that I did that! I pack all the orders myself and I always put handwritten cards in their own envelopes and then in an outer board-backed envelope when they're coming straight back to the purchaser. But if you say there was no envelope in the package at all then I guess this must have been a momentary blip in my packing that day! I'm contacting you by email today to offer a resolution to this mistake, and I thank you for leaving me a generous four star review despite this mistake. Very best wishes Claire @PancakeHQ

Hi Susie, thanks so much for taking the time to leave me a review, I appreciate it hugely! We don't have an option to delay postage but what we can do is write a message to your recipient on the envelope that says "Do not open until [specified date]" Sometimes customers add a clue into their recipient's address, so they'll write "Richard "birthday boy" Jones" to alert the recipient that it's a card for a certain date.
