“My parents are currently stuck on a cruise between Argentina and Brazil. Princess cruises have done absolutely nothing to help my parents. They have been told by Princess cruises that they will be docking in Argentina this week, and all passengers are to disembark (forcibly if necessary) even if they don’t have flights books or accommodation elsewhere. David and his team at The Cruise Specialists have been amazing. They have kept us informed every day about the situation and have come up with some fantastic solutions to a very stressful situation. My parents are not home yet, but I have every faith in David and his team. Princess Cruises have totally let their customers down...David has been brilliant in picking up the pieces! I would certainly recommend David and his team.”
