It is this level of tardiness, that strengthens my assessment. It is the only word that describes my experience of a "Profession" that (in my experience) has declined in the quality of it's service. Taking into account that during my working life I have moved home upto 5 times, during which I had no problem in being kept informed.
I find the lack of communication from Brearleys to keep me upto date, poor. The delays in getting answers to questions raised to the vendors solicitors. It would be of assistance to me to know the questions being asked on my behalf without getting a response. I guess the "Professionalism" once accepted as normal, is in decline. Yesterday I heard from the Estate Agents that the solicitors anticipate that I will be the new owner of 3 Scarbrough Creswithin the next week or so.. Thank Brearleys for not informing me prior to letting a "Third Party" know before me that the "Legal niceties" have been completed.

“Rather strange to be asked to provide a review on a service that is still in it's infancy. I like the idea of the dashboard web service but have yet to see this in action with only the initial stage showing as complete.
I would be happy to provide a more comprehensive review once the house sale is complete.
