I have found the online tracking service to be just a gimmick as this customer tracking facility is no good if only the customer uses it. As the solicitors that is handling my house sale does not keep it up to date so you lose trust in its ability to keep you informed. Which then leads to question the competency of those handling your sale.”

The feedback we requested was based on the service from The Conveyancing Partnership and the schedule of fees provided for using our panel of solicitors.
The survey would therefore be undertaken by a third party and not part of our conveyancing service.
