“same as all the other reviews. Wrong mats supplied. Initial reply to e mail asking to send goods back at my cost!! Must have messaged 5 more times and no reply. Filed claim with credit card company. Do not touch this company and with hindsight if I had seen these reviews beforehand I would have never ordered”

“Ordered 2 sets of mats for different vehicles, only 1 set eventually turned up. Tried contacting company numerous times but not a single response. 5 - 7 day delivery was a joke, neater 25 - 27 days. Will never order from them again!”

“STAY AWAY If I could give a 0 I would. By the sounds of it this company doesn't exist apart from someone replying to emails called Sam J. Dont order you won't get the ones you want you get different ones they ask to send back and stupidly you do and pay postage then you totally get fobbed off. STAY AWAY”

“Please avoid. Orders mats. They didn’t fit. Sent back with proof of return. 25 emails and 6 weeks later I have been promised a refund but still not in my account. They have twice said they need to get a manger to authorise. Appalling service. They do not answer phone. Copy of email reply below: Hi Dean! Sorry for the tardy answer. I've contacted my superiors, I believe my e-mail might have been lost, so I will try to contact them again regarding the refund. I'm sorry for the issue. Thanks Sam.J TheCarMats Support”

“yeah i’ve placed an order a week ago, emailed them to say i haven’t had an update since, decided to look at reviews and now i’m bricking it. guess i should accept the mats are gonna be terrible and turn up in 2023”

“Absolutely poor service! Car mats never arrived. I WOULD NOT recommend buying from these thieving people. I hope they get caught very soon. Lots of unhappy people leaving reviews. AVOID AVOID AVOID.”

“Ordered car mats 22nd February still havent arrived took money 23rd February out of my bank,I've sent several emails but no reply, so then I looked for reviews and was so shocked,I'm angry why are they allowed to continue to trade”

“Ordered a set of car mats for our new family car a week in advance of collecting the car, to avail no sign of the car mats… thought I’d give the bent of doubt but as the other reviews have been waiting for about 2 weeks now. I have set up a tribunal with PayPal now trying to cancel the order & get fully refunded!!! Wish I had found the other reviews before purchasing from these rogue traders! Give me back my £30 you thieving 🤬🤬🤬 if you can’t promise me a delivery!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!”

“Avoid this company at all costs!. Ordered mats 14 days ago. Still no mats. Sent a few emails, no replies. No contact number. Quick to take my money out of my account but nothing else. Requested a refund as they state refunds are only valid up to 30 days AFTER purchase. So annoying bad companies can seemingly get awaywith ripping people off..”

“Never received my order. Emails are ignored. Trustpilot-reviews marked as "violating guidelines", questions in facebook are just removed immediately. No money, no answers, nothing! Review in google-maps is answered with like "we can not found your order".”

“Finally received my product after over a month of waiting, just to find out that they sent me a pair of mats that completely didn't fit my vehicle. I asked their customer service department if they would send me mats that actually fit my Escalade, they said that I would need to pay to have them shipped back and pay a 35 percent restocking fee, so I am out half of my money right out of the gate. Do not trust this company, its nothing more than a worthless drop shipping company that is the middle man for cheap China goods, and they do not back their products at all. I hate that I fell for suck a bad company, but hopefully it will keeps others from ordering from them and they will go out of business for their lack of customer care. Do not believe the reviews on their website!!!!!”

“This is for Trade Mats Direct. I rad the reviews on here and was not expecting my product to be delivered. This being said, it has arrived 14 days after I ordered. Longer than the original 5-7 working days. Customer service pretty poor often having to chase a response, but i eventually got there. Quality of product is good, but I won't be going out of my way to order with this company again”
