“The Canvas Art Shop, Please have the courtesy to reply to my emails regarding my canvas that arrived broken otherwise I will refer the matter to Trading Standards. Such a terrible shame that your customer service is non-existent as your canvas are lovely when they are not broken.”

“A great 3 panel canvas print, that looks amazing on our large expansive wall. The purchase process was painless from ordering online to its arrival. Good communication from Customer Services dealing with my queries. And It arrived by courier on time and in perfect condition. The only thing I would suggest to make the process even easier is if you were to supply a simple hanging kit (CWH or other), or at least some advice on how to fix to the wall. Otherwise perfectly happy with my purchase.”

“Sorry can't take picture as all I have is an old machine Any way wife is very taking a back with the quality of this canvas and she said it is just perfect and exactly what she wanted It's just a pity we don't have a bigger house to put more canvas pictures in to So thanks for helping me pick your company and will pass on to who ever wants your canvas pictures Thanks again Robert Cairns”

“I ordered one picture so nice I ordered another one. I looked around everywhere in the shops for an extra large print but couldn't find any, so was delighted when I came across canvas art shop. Quickly delivered the only negative for me was paying around £17 delivery.”

“This third order was as great quality as the other two which I have purchased over several years. However on this last order I had cause to contact customer services over a delivery that didn't arrive as indicated by the courier service. All I can say is truly excellent service. The Canvas Art Shop sorted the problem immediately and even followed up with a phone call on what is a relative inexpensive order. When the majority of companies are still blaming the pandemic for abysmal service The Canvas Art Shop are excelling. Keep up the truly fantastic service.”

“I had to give one star to leave this review but they don't deserve that. Order placed 6.3.21. Confirmation of processing received. No goods received. I've emailed 3 times. No response. Called 9 times. Either engaged or they don't pick up. Customer service non-existent! Not happy is an understatement.”

“I ordered the largest canvas "Cubism" to fill a large wall up the stairs. Had previously ordered a large canvas a few years back to go in a conservatory and was very impressed. It arrived within 4 days and looks amazing. The colours are striking and the quality excellent. Have ordered an other canvas for another part of the house!! Would highly recommend.”
