Worst experience with your online website - zero follow-ups and calls forget about return and refunds. they will never get back to you. Never been so frustrated with a company before

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BODY SHOP!!!!. I ordered Nov 23 and have spend a MONTH trying to get my order shipped or at the very least have someone contact me to explain what is happening, all to no avail. Repeated calls, emails, requests for a supervisor to call me back and now they are saying they will refund. Here's the thing, i ordered on black friday to save 30% so even IF i get my $213.50 back i won't be saving 30% if i have to get to a store. Because I will NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE AGAIN - ABSOLUTE WORST ONLINE ORDER EXPERIENCE EVER - i am SO frustrated with this company i will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, still hasn’t left the warehouse, won’t be here before Xmas and the person I spoke to said they couldn’t cancel it despite the website saying differently.

Fue en body shop cosmopol,Coacalco, las chicas que están ahí son para ayudar y darnos opciones y que hagan que nos llevemos lo que pidamos, no quería equivocarme en el producto que uso, se lo pedí a la chica que amablemente me atendió , pero me dio una crema diferente a la que le pedí , me la cubro y tuve que regresar al otro día a cambiarla y obvio invertir en tiempo y dinero al regresar , le comenté a la chica que me atendió al siguiente día que no se valía y que lo comentara con las chicas que nos atienden puesto que confiamos en sus recomendaciones y su atención y se equivocan u en lugar de agradecer la atención , dices , mejor hubiera buscado yo el producto . Mi visita fue el 28nov y lo peor es que no le importo mi sugerencia a la persona que me hizo el cambio , la tienda es buena , los productos son buenísimos pero las personas que trabajan ahí no ayudan mucho !!!

Worst experience of Flavoured lip balm of The Body Shop, chapped lips after using the product and lip balm gets dried quickly nothing like mositurizing the lips.

I must say first I have brought loads of stuff of body shop but my latest has been a very big disappointment. I brought the peppermint intensive cooling foot rescue and although it's not bad cream it is in NO way cooling, and that was my whole purpose in buying it ,

I don’t recommend to buy The Body Shop cosmetics online. I had to return a product since it arrived damaged. I had to wait over 2 months for the refund. I paid $13 for UPS return shipping and The Body Shop didn’t refund it, even though they should since they sent me damaged product. It’s impossible to connect with them over the phone and they don’t respond to e-mails. Very bad experience.

Absolute worst customer service. They took my online order and my money, but never made sure the shipment was received. Now they say it was the delivery service that was at fault and will not rwfund my purchase or send a new shipment. Been dealing with online support for over 2 months and they take weeks to get back to you. I advise not to order anything from them.

I ordered around £30 worth of products in March. They were delivered promptly to a local post office. Among the products was a Mango 🥭 Body Soufflé, a gel cream intended for use as a body lotion for those they don’t like the cold, wet, slippery texture that creams often impart. This product smells delicious 😋 and absorbs quickly. You can also use it in the shower or bath as a richer, non foaming wash.

Tried the little tubes of hand cream in shop at Wakefield and put it back and he abruptly said now we can’t use that for our customers but still picked up the wrong one . Would be helpful if you have testers at the top only !!! And not mixed with ones for buying

I have posted 2 reviews on their site about the horrendous reaction I had to their Tea Tree Oil. This review was honest and genuine. However, both have been rejected for ‘not meeting their standards’ aka not leaving a positive review. They often get on their high horse and say how ethical and transparent they are however this isn’t the case. How is anyone meant to make an informed decision on a product if all the honest negative reviews aren’t published? This could have saved me a lot of heartbreak trying to fix the mess their product has made of my face as had I known I could have had a reaction with my skin type I’d have bought something else from the range or bought elsewhere. I feel they are completely conning customers, I wondered why there were so many good reviews - and now I know why!!

In the past,I have received great customer service from The Body Shop and have been very content with shopping there. However, lately when I have gone to the body shop, I have received absolutely DREADFUL customer service that has made me certain I absolutely will not shop at The Body Shop EVER again! One of the times I popped into the shop to ask a question about their products, to which I was answered very unhelpfully, disdainfully and with a sneer. Another time (I got a bunch of items from their summer sale), I was told I could only spend around 5 minutes in the shop in future and again feel like I can not ask questions about their products. This is a delayed review as I have also not been able to complain to The Body Shop as after searching their website for a way to contact them, I could only find a way where I would need to leave my e-mail. When I leave my name with them I get anxious and feel like they are thinking badly of me. I understand that this is because they usually send a reply to get you to stay with them, but since I know I will not be supporting them again I just wanted to make an anonymous complaint so they can try to make sure this does not happen again. This is a huge shame as I used to love the body shop, their moral selling point and their products (they especially made lovely presents), however, as customer service is something that is extremely important to me and another of their main selling points, this has completely ruined my view of the body shop, made me sure I will not shop there again and ruined my mood.

Potentially the worst return and refunds system I have ever encountered. I ordered a product on 21st November last year and when it finally arrived almost 2 weeks later I decided to send it back (it was faulty). I got a notification on the 12th of December that it had been returned and that it would be 3 to 5 working days for the refund to process - little did I know at the time it was more accurate to say '3 to 5 months'. Yesterday (14th March 19) I got an email asking if I wanted a full refund or a replacement. I opted for a refund, which is what I had initially asked for when I had to print off loads of documents and send back the package. As well as this I also emailed them and their responses were very slow It's a real shame because I was really behind their ethics and morals as a company and loved their products; however, this episode has really affected how I feel about them, I definitely won't be rushing to purchase their again - if ever again.
