From the 04/07/2021 when I purchased my divan, bed and headboard there were obstacles. Firstly I ordered a divan with two drawers at the bottom of the base. The seller told me that with this particular material, I was unable to get a smaller draw in the side, (the headboard was tall and had side wings). I did not want two drawers opposite each other on the side of the bed because the bed was against the wall. This would leave one of the drawers obsolete. Next, I called the shop asking them could they deliver earlier, the bed was meant to be at the shop, (four weeks, around August 2nd). The person dealing with the order contacted head office, the bed had not even been ordered. I accepted this dilemma. The owner of the shop who was on holiday at the time, confirmed £100 reduction of the bed and reordered. Around 24/08/21, I recieced a call from The Bed Post, they were unable to make the bed, the material I specifically asked for, was no longer in their stock. I was ill from COVID vaccination and asked could a ring back. When I did ring back, I was Wassspped, 26/08/26 a different blend of material, different colour by the 28/08/21 we came to an agreement. They gave me another £150 off the bed, I had told them I had seen a similar bed for £700. They offered me my bed at £750 in the end. When the bed finally arrived on 24/09/2021, the drawers were on the side of the bed and not at the bottom. I sat in the shop with a friend, speaking to the sales rep about the specifications of the drawers. He was the one that told me I was unable to get the smaller draw on the side, so I opted for two draws at the bottom of the bed and not the sides. I explained I did not want them on opposite sides, due to the bed being up against the wall. All parties involved, who work for The Bed Post are extremely polite and did give me a base while I waited for my be but I have received a bed that is not really the colour, the drawers are not what I specifically asked for and I have a draw that I am unable to use. To make things worse when I contected The Bed Post on 28/09/21 reguarding the miss placed drawers they said the round get back to me within twenty four hours, I'm still waiting ✋. Also I've been told you only get one long draw at the end of the bed not two!!! I have a witness that will verify the specification I asked for.

We bought a Kool Response mattress on 29th December last year. (£1200)Within a day or so we realised that something was wrong with it, it was like sleeping on a hammock. Husband then started sleeping on a airbed and did for at least 10 weeks! We went back to the Dartford shop (day 6 after purchase) and after several weeks managed to get them to send someone out to look at it, they put a string across the bed and the conclusion was there was nothing wrong with it. We tried to explain that you have to lay on it for a couple of hours then you sink. Went back to shop several times, had a visit from the rep from manufacturers they said nothing wrong. The only suggestion I had from the bedpost was that we could spend more money and swop the mattress. We wanted our money back or a straight swap without spending anymore money. The mattress is now on its side in my bedroom (I guess I will take it to the dump I can't sell it!), We bought a lovely mattress from Dreams £600. Won't be going back to this company. They are not even registered with the furniture ombudsman so we can't challenge them further.

We are very sorry that you were not suited to the mattress you purchased from The Bed Post. As you know we did send an independent inspector to check the mattress to determine if there was a fault. The outcome of this visit was that no fault could be found. Following this visit we decided to send a representative from the manufacturer to double check and, the outcome was again that no fault could be found. At The Bed Post we do strive for total customer satisfaction and, although two inspections could find no fault with the mattress, we still wanted you to be happy with your purchase and so offered you a re-selection. We are sorry that you decided not to explore this option but can assure you that we always have our customers best interests as our primary focus.

Got a really great shopping experience and sell representative are knowledgable and explain everything detaily. Good quality mattress and good price you can find over there! Awesome!
