“Used a few times now, but this review is about their after sales. Both wooden beds I purchased developed creaks 18mth after buying them. I emailed the guys just to see if there was manufacturer fault. I was surprised at the reply I got. They said that they would come out the next day, free of charge. The two chaps figured out the slats were rubbing against the frame. A bit of stick on felts did the job perfectly and I have no more squeaking!!! You would never get this level of after sales from anywhere else, great work, and keep recommending them to anyone who asks!”

“Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for all your sleeping requirements. Delivery was prompt and the mattress was delivered right to the bedroom. I didn't need the mattress opened but this was offered and the packaging would have been taken away. My first stop for a mattress!”

“This is the fourth bed we’ve bought from The Bed and Mattress Centre and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! They have such a good selection and the quality and value is just brilliant. The bed was delivered on time and the unpacking and installation was excellent. Great service and nice people with it!”

“Absolutely delighted with the service we received in store but more importantly by the quality of the double bed and mattress. The guys who run the business are very knowledgeable and helped us choose a wonderfully upholstered Ottoman double bed and very comfortable mattress. They fulfilled the design brief and yet kept it affordable. They were also really helpful with the delivery date. We are very pleased. The only thing we have done is to secure the headboard.”

“My youngest needed a new bed, old bed was a creaking chipboard thing and could feel springs on the mattress. Lots of choices here we got a lovely pocket sprung ,memory foam mattress and a solid wood beadstead. Both available to take away.”

“We bought two mattresses..... both firm but not too firm. Keenly priced including disposal of old mattresses. Friendly service both in-store and from delivery team. Will, when necessary, return. This business clearly relies heavily on repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations, evidenced by those we see returning when we have been in-store.”
