“They use Yodel for delivery so good luck getting your parcel. Mine was delivered to a ‘neighbour’ 6 doors away and they never answer when I knock on the door it’s now been 3 days.”

“Very,very good i ordered the wrong battery and phoned said send it back,they refunded the money the next morning,the other battery is perfect,just needed charging,good company to deal with,just be careful there's another company called battery guys.com.this company the battery guys,”

“Ordering correct item on website was straightforward and said item delivered as required. The issue was that i ordered on saturday morning and free next day delivery if ordered before 3pm was brightly advertised and hence i paid the extra as the need was very urgent and i was hoping sunday or even monday at very latest On reviewing your conditions of delivery i read that weekend orders are not dispatched until monday ( Would friday orders also also be impacted ?) Although you may argue that i should have read the T&Cs it caused a problem Thank you”

“The website and ease of use is excellent. The service was excellent and the prices were super competitive. I only have one issue: Using the number plate input - the website suggested the correct battery for my vehicle. However, it is not the correct battery. Ultimately, it’s my fault for not checking properly. I’d use this site again - because everything else was excellent. Just check and make sure you’re getting the right battery.”

“Helpful web-site; good range and good prices including delivery. Well-packaged. Docked one star though as I paid for next-day delivery but it took an extra day, and another as I didn't get a reply to the email I sent querying the delivery.”
