“I am very disappointed. I paid extra to secure next-day delivery, then took a day off work to be able to fit the battery when it arrived. The delivery note stated it would arrive the next day, but this did not happen and no communication was made to explain or give notice of this. As a result, having lost one day's work, I then had to use a taxi to and from work (Kirkby to Woolton - just under £60). Given that your mission statement claims that your firm has 'one simple task': "to deliver the right new car battery at the right price directly to the customer - Fast!" and you failed to deliver a battery from Skelmersdale to Kirkby, I would be very reluctant to use your firm again or recommend you to others. Disappointed.”

“Good website, easy to find the right battery for make of car. Priced well. Only thing is not arriving for next day delivery as stated, but it was well packaged. Generally find the Battery Guys really good and would recommend using them.”

“First order placed for a replacement bike battery. I wasn’t too sure but placed my order with next day delivery and hoped for the best. Ordered at 1pm and to my surprise it was delivered at 3pm next day. Very good service with no complaints.”

“I ordered a battery for a Hyundia ionic. I paid for next day delivery. It didn't arrive I had used battery guys in the past and found them very good but on this occasion poor. They made no contact with me to say that they were not able to supply the battery. I later checked my bank and found my money had been refunded. I checked my emails and only found the refund detail in spam. No explanation given.”
