“Very prompt, got a call an hour before the engineer turned up, on arrival they assessed what was needed and gave me a couple of different options. Freesat was installed and I now have great reception on both my TVs.”

“I needed some help and advice wall mounting my Smart TV so I booked an engineer to call, he arrived as planned and took a look at the job, he advised me what was best and gave a quote to supply and fit a bracket, the job was carried out promptly without any mess, very good clean professional service.”

“I called wefitaerials out to look at a communal satellite system on our private residential apartment block. The engineer called out and diagnosed the fault and provided a cost for the work needed. The parts were duly ordered. On installation the engineers turned up promptly and the work was carried out professionally with minimum disruption. I am happy with the service, from the initial phone enquiry to completion. Would recommend.”

“I initially booked another company, thinking it was a local, family company, after reading their poor reviews, I cancelled. I found Wefitaerials online and was impressed by their very good reviews. “Hello again, I wanted to thank you and leave a review for the work you carried out for my elderly mother today. Had I known beforehand what a courteous and professional service you supplied I would not have felt the need to be present, mum was firstly very impressed by your footwear coverings, she's very particular you know lol. But your service and that of your engineer was exceptional, all parts required were carried on the van, the service was knowledgeable, very precise and fairly priced. Thank you once again for sorting out the problems on all 4 of my mums TV's and Explaining everything in detail and showing us how to operate her new, smart tv's which had been really hard work for me, she relies upon me heavily and you have been such a help for me also, since I am unable to do much myself these days I really can't thank you enough and will not hesitate to recommend you 👍”

“Having problems with my signal from my satellite dish and called wefitaerials. Engineers arrived, checked the issues and confirmed that the fault was with the dish. Replaced the dish and reset my new Freesat box. All working great with the minimum of fuss”

“Our reception was poor so made an appointment for an engineer, he turned up on time as planned and diagnosed the issue, he even put on shoe covers when he came inside which was good of him,turns out we didn’t have an aerial in our loft, a price was given and accepted, the installation was carried out promptly. Very good professional service.”
