Had a BT engineer out yesterday that cut my aerial cable. I emailed wefitaerials as I needed my TV for the bank holiday weekend. I was contacted back, the lady in the office was very helpful and arranged for an engineer to call out the same day. The engineer rang an hour prior to arrival, the work needed was carried out quickly and efficiently. Many thanks

We came off Virgin and decided to go onto Freeview, booked the engineer to call in the morning, arrived on time sorted out our installation and set up our new box. Quick efficient service.

Arranged an appointment the day before. Was told the engineer would ring half an hour before he was due, this he did and he was here for 8.30am. Repaired the TV system with minimum fuss. Excellent service

Have used the company before on my previous property. On moving into new house there were numerous issues with the TV reception, so I arranged for wefitaerials to come out and sort out the issues. They came out, gave different options and costs for what I needed and sorted out my problems. Once again very happy with the service

I wanted Freesat but due to issues with the building it wasn’t an option, engineers explained everything and said they could install a Freeview aerial for my TV. Work carried out straight away promptly and professionally.

I called for some info regarding my TV as I have recently moved house, and when I plugged in my TV found that it wouldn’t tune. The lady on the phone was very helpful and assured me that the engineer would be able to sort the issue out one way or another (my new neighbour told me we lived in a black spot) The engineer called round as arranged and advised me that he could sort the problem out, he gave me a few options as to where the aerial could go on the house and a few different costs, I agreed to the work and cost, he had the job done in an hour. I now have full Freeview service on my TV and BT box. Excellent service all round.

Quick service, I rang Thursday eve and nick the engineer turned up Friday morning to sort our satellite dish fault out.Nick advised us the best way forward with our new TV was to have a Freeview aerial, he installed the aerial and we now have a fully functional TV. Great advice and service.

Just a quick review for the engineer who came today and wall mounted our 65”TV. We called this morning and you said he would arrive later in the day, he turned up as planned and completed the job for the price I was quoted. Many thanks

The aerial guys came out to try and repair an aerial for us however it was not repairable and therefore we were given a quote of ‘£140 all in’ for a new one fitting. We accepted and the guy did the work and the aerial worked. He then smashed three of my outdoor festoon lights I believe from when removing the wire from the old aerial. Fair enough, mistakes happen however I was at work and my partner was working from home at the time so I asked to arrange payment at a later date so we could agree on the price they would cover for the cost of the lights. The company refused and said they would only cover £30 for the lights anyway maximum and demanded that my partner paid for the cost of the work there and then. The guy then decided after he’d said ‘£140 all in’ he actually was going to charge us £168 because VAT was on top. My partner tried to disagree due to the earlier conversation and our interpretation of ‘all in’ being in fact the full cost for the work to be done, however he was met with resistance and he doesn’t like confrontation so paid the total of £168. I contacted the office and spoke to an extremely rude lady who did not take anything I said into account. She had looked on Amazon allegedly and some of the lights that we had were £15 so they were being generous offering £30. I can assure you that they were more than £30 but I cannot provide proof of purchase as I did not keep the receipt. But this in fact doesn’t include the inconvenience of having to go and buy more alongside fitting the lights when they were working perfectly before. She also said that all of their prices quoted to not include VAT and insisted my partner was told this by the guy fitting the aerial. He was in fact not and I repeated that when someone says ‘all in’ that does in fact mean the total price. She insisted that I sent my details via bank transfer or WhatsApp to which I declined as this to me is not very safe to a company which is already proving untrustworthy. She then asked in a sarcastic way whether I wanted the money sending in an envelope instead. I did just point out this could have been avoided should we have been invoiced and payment sorted out at a later date. My partner called and did receive the £30 back for the lights but I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone else. Particularly the lady I spoke to on the phone was unprofessional and on the whole I feel we received poor customer service.

Fitted my very large TV on a swivel bracket and connected it to my satellite dish, had another company that said it couldn’t be done! Nick the engineer sorted it out all very secure, he even set it all up for me, looks great, would highly recommend.

I needed an aerial fitting and a TV wall mounting, the engineer called me prior to arrival, he was very interested as to how i wanted the work doing, he then gave me really clear advice and the cost for the work.The jobs were completed straight away without fuss or mess, the engineer was very friendly and professional.
