Very friendly but professional service and so easy to arrange my car insurance. Have been with them for years and hope to continue for years to come. Great service, great people and always a pleasure.

Was given telephone number that did not work - requested if paperwork could be e mailed through - which was never done - requested dd be taken on a certain date which was not done .

After receiving the wrong letter quickly got sorted with a telephone call. Was easy as whole transaction to renew policy was carried out in one telephone call.

Hi, Basically have had a demanding year and appreciate your handling my insurance as usual. I haven't had the opportunity to check anything as yet, but as the demands are now over have time to sort my papers out. Can I assume that you sent me the insurance document and shall come across it eventually as I sort? Kind regards, David Freund.

A short time ago I renewed my Husbands insurance on a Hoonda CRV. It was such a long GARBLED procedure that I asked to be referred to a Manager. This appeared not to be possible. In the end it was agreed that the renewal could be forwarded without having to complete yet another set of papers received in the post. I have this morning had to renew my own insurance on my MERCEDES SLK and have had a similar experience. As we have both been insured with you for a very long time I feel there should be a short-cut so that we do not have to go through this EXTEEMELY STUPID VERY LONG GARBLED PROCEDURE TO JUST RENEW AN EXISTING POLICY. PLEASE MAY I HAVE YOUR COMMENTS. CHRIS AND DIANA MOSS

Hi Overall a good renewal process. One suggestion: Avoid sending the final documents with a request to sign and return "where required" and then not have any requirement to sign.! I had to phone and get someone on the line to ask if my contract was complete without signatures. It was. This took time and was frustrating. Hope this helps.

Insurance is very expensive. Very poor customer service. Staff are extremely rude with the exception of a couple. Definitely would NOT use this company ever again and would NOT recommend to anyone

I have been with Allen & Allen since 1985. Without exception, the service we received from them has been excellent with regard to insurance cover on both our cars.

i received my renewal in the post with clear options on my policy and a further email with clear instructions, the whole experience was quick and straight to the point, fantastic couldn't ask for more, thank you.

Every time I have had any questions or queries regarding my policy I have had a quick and helpful response from everyone on the customer service teams. I have even saved money from the advice given to me recently by one of the team members from the renewal team. All I can say is that so far The AA group are fantastic and very helpful and i will continue to use them in the future.

I've insured both my cars with A & A for the past 11 years, and always found them to be very fast and efficient. Their phone responses are very swift, and their staff invariably helpful. In absolute terms, A & A may not be the very cheapest in the market, but are always highly competitive across the total insurance package. It can be easy to buy "cheaper" insurance, but reduced premiums come at the cost of higher excesses and more exclusions. A much recommended insurer.
