“I organised a Thames River Cruise with Dinner as part of the social programme for an International Research Conference in central London. We were blessed with fine weather that evening, so my guests from all over the world had a fascinating view of the river and the city from the boat's top deck. Even those of us who know London well enjoyed the different perspective on the city. The crew and caterers did a splendid job of looking after us and overall, the whole Cruise was a very enjoyable experience. “We enjoyed a lovely trip down the Thames with TLC. From the start of the operation with booking, arranging embarkation and choosing menus TLC staff were helpful and efficient. Plamena was as well-organised as ever. We raised a good amount for our Charity and so hope to run a third event with them next year.”

“We had a great afternoon on board The Edwardian, celebrating our anniversary with 60 guests. Plamena organised everything most efficiently, the crew was very professional, the bar was well run, and the Street Food was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed cruising up and down the Thames in safe hands-thank you all.”

“I had The Elizabethan for my 50th birthday party and wow what a day was had by all. Fantastic vessel, great crew and fantastic service. We chose the street food and it was delicious. I would highly recommend.”

“Was an amazing evening onboard the Edwardian for our reception. Staff were all brilliant and welcoming. The preparations leading up to the event with staff was also exceptional. Our guests enjoyed the whole experience so much. Wish we could redo that day again!”

“Absolutely loved working with Angela. She was a dream helping to coordinate the team on event day. All the hospitality stay on the day were extremely friendly and helped create a jovial and relaxed atmosphere. I would 100% work with this team again.”

“The pre-event communication was very informative and all responses to questions etc. were sent in a timely manner. The onsite team on the day/night were brilliant and stepped in immediately when we needed extra chairs and tables putting out as some unhappy guests didn't have anywhere to sit. We were very well looked after on the night”

“TLC provided a great event. The staff on board our event were helpful, attentive and accommodating. The boat itself was great, with the décor and facilities to a very high standard. The food was brilliant, as was the great variety of drinks behind the bar. TLC provided the Magician who was very well received. We used our own decorations on the night, but the staff were very helpful in putting these up. TLC provided full itineraries which were extremely helpful. They also provided great support in answering any queries we had in the run up to our event. Aside from a small quoting / financing issue, which they very quickly helped resolve, we had no problems and thoroughly enjoyed our event. would recommend and will definitely look to return in future.”

“The staff on the night were incredibly friendly and helpful Everything we had booked was sorted without a problem The manager on the night constantly checked in with me and helped me to ensure the event ran smoothly Can't fault them or the boat itself.”

“I chartered The Edwardian for a 3-hour Thames cruise for 50 American visitors. Everything went exceptionally well. Good detailed planning from a delightful team at TLC. (Great acronym for a services company!). A very good lunch was served on board. The crew were most pleasant and helpful. I hope to repeat the experience next year.”

“Plamena Stancheva was incredibly supportive in the build up to our anniversary party on the Elizabethan; nothing was too much trouble for her. The quality and presentation of the food was superb. The service, politeness and helpfulness of the waiting staff was exemplary. Our guests were wanting for nothing and we've had many cards and letters of thanks and praise from them. The Elizabethan was quite charming and so beautifully prepared, it was a perfect venue for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the experience to our friends and colleagues.”

“I hired The Elizabethan for a birthday party. The boat is lovely and the bowl food was good and nicely served. The staff were helpful and the staff that helped plan the event, including working from two different piers and accommodating our own band, were really helpful. The team at TLC enabled the whole thing to be a success and I can't thank them enough.”

“Me and my partner had our Engagement Party on the Elizabethan this April. I have to say we and our family and friends had an amazing night on board with TLC. Staff were so friendly and service was exceptional. I also have to give a special Thank You to Angela, who was with us managing our event and ensured that everything run smoothly. Thank you all so much for making such a special night one to remember!!”

“Exceptionally well organised by Plamenena. The boat was well fitted out for the trip . The food was excellent . The support staff ie photographer/ artist and magician made it a great occasion. As our Golden Wedding celebration , exactly what we wanted. HIghly recommended”

“Every year TLC give us a wonderful service - fabulous staff and a wonderful boat. The whole team, everyone from those in the office, to the boat crew, managers and waiting staff were completely wonderful. Exceptionally helpful and always able to go that extra mile. Thank you!”
