“Firstly the website froze while applying. Then a six week Waite for the card. Pin arrived but no temporary security. More phone calls. When it did arrive the system did not recognise it. So another phone call. Arranged for another one to be posted. However. After reading all the poor reviews I called back and cancelled the account. It’s not worth the hassle. So take it from me. The poor reviews are justified. They are appalling.”
