Curtains finally arrived and no issue with them. However the phone line is not available due to “COVID” and staff self isolating ???. Fed ex sorted out my ongoing delivery issues finally, no thanks to Terry’s. Terry’s you need to sort out your customer service before you do anything else

Ordered a throw 9 days ago but not even shipped yet. Can't get a response from the company at all despite emails, calls etc. Don't use this company, fraudulent. Cannot get a refund. Am reporting them Corinne

Rang customer service, and told them my curtains were faulty. Was told to email and used Terry Fabric return label. Returned my curtains as they were faulty and got charged £4.00 Postage, tried to email but keeps bouncing back.

Terrible service. Placed an order over 10 days ago. There's no change on the online "tracker" and their phone number appears to be disconnected. Sent an email and the auto reply says it will take up to 5 days to reply.... Absolutely useless...

The curtains were ok but the customer service has been very disappointing. I have been waiting months for a refund. There has only been an automated response to my enquiry about this. I sent that 7 days ago. The promise to respond within 2-3 days hasn't happened.

Customer service phone calls never get answered just eventually gets cut off. No reply to any email. I returned an item and know you have received it however I have not had a refund., very disappointed with your lack of customer care. Will not shop or recommend you until refund received.

Order not received. Their tracker shows order placed over a week ago but not dispatched. Can't contact them via the phone due to an IT problem they have. Automated voice advises you to email which I did a few days ago and still no response. They have taken the money for my order and I have nothing in return. Would not recommend. I wanted to use a British company but will stick to using Amazon in future. Would give a minus star review if able.

I was so glad to find a site where I could buy great fabrics. I did order 3 times and the 2 times I had no problem and I was very pleased with the fabrics. The 3rd time was a nightmare!!! I ordered 4 fabrics, 2 weeks later shipment had not started. I contacted them by phone, I waited 32 minutes to talk to customer service who informed me that because 1 item in my order was out of stock, they will send the whole order when this item will back in stock. I asked why when I ordered this item nowhere did it say it was out of stock. The lady was quite rude. I asked for the other items on the list to be shipped and to cancel the item that was out of stock. They eventually sent the items minus the out-of-stock item but did not cancel it, but said that they will send the item when in stock. As I did not want another experience with their Customer Service, I let it ride. Today again I have been on the phone for 40mns trying to get hold of them to find out when this missing item will be dispatched. NO JOY!!! Please DO NOT USE this company they do not care about their customers!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ended up with no blind and no refund. I also had the most stressful couple of months trying to ring and speak to manager who never got back to me. I am disgusted by the way this company runs.

Joke of a company. Take your money for goods. Charge for delivery then dont even bother to send the order. Customer service is atrocious, over 20 mins on hold then told a pack of lies. This company is ripping people off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Purchased made to measure curtains and provided the sizes in inches and Terrys Fabrics supplied the curtains in centimeters . Why the hell would someone pay over £70 for curtains that are 80cm per curtain wide and 82cm long!! They won't even fit a large dolls house. complete rip off and they do not offer returns or refunds. I had no confirmation of order to confirm what I ordered. Order took over 4 weeks with no updates from the company. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off!

Ordered roller blinds Jul 14th, wrong blinds delivered early Aug. Complained and was assured correct ones would be sent, 3 weeks later wrong blinds arrived again. Asked customer services for refund, given poor excuse that only Jackie could deal with this and would contact me. Since then nothing despite repeated emails / calls. Basically refuse to get back in touch to arrange refund so I can only assume they're happy to take my £300 without providing the goods paid for or provide the refund requested despite them breaching consumer statutory rights. Will report them to Trading Standards, take them to small claims court and raise a payment dispute with card issuer, leave a bad review everywhere I can as other people should be warned about the shady practices of this company. AVOID unless you like being ripped off.

Order placed 9th July. Order still not advanced beyond 'order placed' on company's tracking. I raised two tickets but no response apart from the auto generated ones about COVID affected timeframes. These have been and gone and no communication. Phone constantly engaged during business hours. Project totally derailed. I have bought different fabric from Dunelm now and raised a dispute via PayPal.

I placed an order on 18th June and they took my money quick enough but have never emailed me confirmation of my order so I have no order number. Every time I have contacted them to discuss this they say they can't discuss it with me unless I provide my order details (somewhat difficult as I have never had them). Still not received any fabric and now over £150 out of pocket - total scammers. Wish I could have given no stars and now have the hassle of trying to recover my money through the bank instead

Awful company, ordered on 22nd may, wrote email after email after waiting 4 weeks which I believe was acceptable because of the covid scenario, after 6 weeks I just received an email refunding me! My project is now 6 weeks behind because they couldn't be bothered to communicate or offer an alternative. Dreadful service.

Purchased a ceiling curtain track from here. Just taken this out of the packaging and the track is marked, the hanging clips and end caps are ALL yellow like they have come out of a smokers house. In addition, its supposed to come with 9 ceiling hangers and only 5 are in the box, so even if I wanted to ignore the second hand state its in I couldnt fit it anyway. Now the best bit, they want £7 to return it!? Will be going through trading standards and lodging a complaint with my bank for a full refund - awful company!! Do not touch them!!

Ordered curtains 30th April money taken from account delivery stated 7th May. No curtains received no email confirming order. 3 emails sent to date only generic reply. I either want curtains or refund
