“Exactly as described! Took my tree hammock camping with me the weekend after it arrived. Easy to set up, comfortable with 1 or 2 people, plus my dog! You can also release the tension if you prefer the cradle of other hammocks. It rained the first night and I left the tree hammock up overnight. It weather the storm without a scratch. Material is durable, and it was super easy to clean to dirt/debris leftover from the storm the next morning. Wiped right off! I can’t wait to get a mosquito net for it so I can test it out overnight :)”

“Unfortunately very dissatisfied with the delivery. Most of it was delivered very quickly. But it is not possible to try out the tent yet, because part of the delivery has been missing for weeks.”

“Innovative products, outstanding quality and terrific service! My family absolutely loves our Safari Stingray tent, and we just ordered the stack bundle to expand. Provides plenty of space and comfort for our boat-in remote camping along the Allegheny River and reservoir in northwestern Pennsylvania. Prompt and accurate response from customer service with any questions!”

“A month ago, I got my Connect 2 Person Lite. I'm thrilled with it. The quality, comfort, and simplicity are superb... the best investment of my life. An excellent choice. Now, my only problem is that I want to go into nature every day 😂. I highly recommend this product, it's fantastic 😍❤️”

“I have ordered many things online as we all have. Had my share of issues and company dealings. But I have never seen such great customer service. I had a small issue with my order and Tentsile was the fastest and kindest company I've ever dealt with. They instantly fixed it and wrote very kind and helpful responses. Thank you very much. “Buy at your own risk. I did not get to set mine up for use because the poor quality of the strap. The strap unraveled putting it through the ratchet. This was the first time using the product. It would have been nice for the kids and friends to relax on. Now I want a refund. I don’t want a strap which will fall apart with no tension on it and put my friends and family at risk.”

“let say it first , I am not use to buy equipment that cost more than a few hundred dollars. So i was a bit anxious and i discuss with support a few times, they were always very polite and they reply quickly. 5 star here for you, well deserve.”

“After months of research we decided to purchase our products through Tentsile. We anxiously anticipated the items and they arrived when promised with perfect packaging. The company was extremely helpful and understanding when I needed to return the unopened items and request a refund due to extenuating circumstances. I would highly recommend Tentsile for their superior customer service and no questions asked refund policy.”

“I recently (13th Dec) purchased a Safari Trillium Hammock from Tentsile’s own website with an estimated delivery date of 2-3 business days. Unfortunately, two days after placing my order, I received an email stating that this item was unavailable until mid 2023, even though their website had allowed me to select and pay for it. I was told the mesh alternative was available and I immediately confirmed the replacement order as long as it arrives by the 23rd Dec (which was still 8 days away). I was assured that I would receive it one time. It is now the 24th of December and I had to cancel our family camping trip because I had relied completely on Tentsile’s product and their team. There was no prompt resolution to this issue, and upon multiple attempts at contacting their customer service team, I received unsatisfactory responses each time. Currently, they are not replying since they are on vacation until the 3rd January while I am stuck with a £700 paid bill, no hammock, and a ruined NYE plan This unprofessional conduct and lack of consideration for customers is highly unacceptable and I would urge others to avoid using Tentsile as they do not honour their estimated delivery dates and fail to provide customers with adequate customer service.”

“I’d give less than 1 star if that was possible. This tent didn’t work out for us and when I shipped back according to their return policy (which costed an additional $100) they informed me there would be no refund because it had been opened. So I’m out $1000 and they’ll sell my tent again. And although the idea of this seems cool. It very unpractical as it is like a giant hammock and hard to keep anything in it. It’s also very short and doesn’t provide very much height at all. A conventional style tent will give you a much better camping experience.”

“I have the original stingray and I love it so I upgraded to the safari and the insulated cabin can't wait to try it out I'm sure it'll be great. Tent arrived quick and customer service was excellent their was a little human error on my part with my order and they took care of me. Tensile is great. Great product great service.”

“I absolutely love my Una! I have been a hammock camper for many years, but I was getting tired of the banana shape I would wake up in. When I discovered Tentsile and their lay-flat design, I knew I had to have it. It is everything I hoped an more! 10/10”

“I bought some woods and looked at tree tents ,Tentsile fit the bill.Bought 1 Stingray on sale then later 2 pre owned Safari Stingrays .Getting ready to make good memories in the trees .Orders were filled and shipped with no problems.”
