About Temple Knight:

Temple Knight are a bespoke agency for managed print solutions. We specialise in servicing and repairs of printers, photocopiers, plotters and scanners.

We offer ad-hoc repairs as required, or fully inclusive service and maintenance contracts for multiple brands including: Brother, Canon, Dell, Develop, Epson, Fujitsu, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Oki, Ricoh, Utax, Xerox, Zebra and many more.

Our head office is based in Edenbridge on the Kent / Surrey border, and our engineers are based across the South East including London. Our engineers are never too far away guaranteeing you a fast onsite response.

Our service team are manufacturer trained and experienced in all the equipment we service and repair. In addition to manufacturer training, we also operate an in-house training program, which we believe is second to none. To back up our engineers, we have a highly qualified service team and parts department with links to manufactures and suppliers across the globe.

Temple Knight offer a highly professional, yet personal one stop service for all your printing and photocopying requirements, whatever the size of your organisation.

“Got the engineer in only after the second call. Despite an appointment, nobody turned up the first time. Interestingly, the operator said their records showed that the fault had already been repaired when I called the second time. However, the second time round the service engineer (Michael 334695) arrived and fixed the machine. It's working seamlessly now.”

We have gone through our CMS system and cannot see any calls booked by your company since July. However, we are pleased that your machine is now working seamlessly. “Temple Knight were very helpful on the telephone and an engineer (Greg) attended site the next day. He managed to get the machine working to it's best ability and advised us of the need for repair. Temple Knight then called to give a quote for the repair items.”

“Prompt response and arrived at the time specified. Carried out work with minimum of fuss but unfortunately 1 of the 3 replacement parts I needed is no longer available so waiting on quote for a new machine.”

Unfortunately, due to the age of your machine the manufacturer has stopped producing some of the parts and none of our suppliers were able to source the one you needed.
