“The TEFL UK courses I took were great. The course materials covered core concepts that have helped me to facilitate online and in-person lessons with middle school and adult learners. “My name is Nataliia and I am from Ukrine. I have been in the teaching profession for more than 30 years and have extensive teaching experience. I have completed 220hr Specialist (Business English Included) TEFL. It is exactly the type of course I was looking for. Now I would like to tell you why exactly I liked the course. I learned new skills in teaching grammar, in creating good lesson plans and in creating a rapport with the class. I looked from a different angle on how to keep students motivated. I learned some proper ways of doing board work and ways to include teaching aids in the lessons. What I especially liked about the course is its structure, simple language, videos, sample lessons and questions at the end of each module. The course enabled me to learn some new ‘trade secrets’. I extend my thanks to the people who created this wonderful course. And it is so good that we have lifetime access to course materials. No doubt, I will look at the course again and again. If somebody asks me if this course is worth it, my answer will be “Heck yes”.”

“TEFL is the kind of course that will guarantee you a job in any capacity because of the quality of the course. This is not an easy course to undertake, however, if you are serious then honestly it will be the best decision you ever made. You have the support you need and the encouragement. especially when you feel you cannot continue because suddenly it gets challenging. I would recommend TEFL UK to anyone interested in teaching English as an ESL. Best decision I ever made.”

“In May 2023, I signed up for the Business English Training Course with TEFL UK. The experience I have had since then has been nothing less than professional, welcoming, efficient, and attentive. The support email responses were always timely and truly helpful. Even the course I did, which was my first with TEFL UK, was well-designed with an emphasis on details with a delivery that was not daunting. I highly recommend TEFL UK for all of the above mentioned reasons as well as it`s a company where you can actually still get to communicate with an actual person, a true testimony to the power of the human touch point. “As an older student returning to studying, I found the depth and breadth of the material covered to be excellent, and the tests at the end of the modules to be a great way to ensure I had grasped the key principles. I also enjoy the follow-up engagement by TEFL-UK suggesting work opportunities as well as further study options. I would 100% recommend TEFL-UK courses to anyone interested in the subject area.”

“I enjoyed taking the couse since it was very useful and easy to understand. I work as a Principal in a school so I have many activities to accomplish throughout the day, so the way the course was presented was very helpful and allowed me to have enough time to finish the tasks on time. “Is there a better way to reach my goal of teaching matured students than TEFL UK course? Very simplified but well detailed course, easy to remember. I really enjoyed the videos embedded in the lessons, it makes it easy to remember the main points. I will recommend this course course any day.”

“I recently enrolled in TEFL UK's online English course and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the program. The course is comprehensive and covers all of the key elements of teaching English as a foreign language, from grammar and vocabulary to lesson planning and classroom management. “I found it an informative and varied course which covered all the areas of teaching English as an additional language. It is suitable for people already in education and also those who have not taught before as it goes back to the basics and about planning lessons etc. I found the grammar part particularly helpful. Would definitely recommend and it wasn't too onerous. If you already have teaching experience I would suggest it probably won't take you as long to complete the course.”

“I enjoyed doing the course, especially the Practicum part, very rewarding! I liked the fact that I can do it at my own pace. The theoretical part covered a lot, so I think if someone has never taught before, they would definitely need more guided practise before they start teaching! Thank you so much!”

“I found the course engaging enough, although a little dry in some places. My daughter did your course several years ago now, and while some additions may have been made, the basic core material is unchanged and needs a visual refresh. I think that as technology moves on so quickly, recorded videos and styles change rapidly and your website and video presentation lack a modern, youthful eye-catching 'trendiness' making them begin to look dated. And I will add that I am a mature learner, not a 20-something. So I think for your younger target market, it must look a bit lame. I found the Business module better in presentation, detail and content that the Core modules. In the core modules questions were sometimes asked when that particular content had not necessarily been covered. Finally, I also think it should be made clear that the end of module tests are ACTUALLY the 'final' tests. I know that there were 'in-module' trial questions, and I realise that the 'end of module tests' were just that. However, I still thought that my actual certificate would be earned after a big, FINAL test. Therefore, when completing my module tests, I wasn't always that bothered about my answers, and would have been far more careful (and maybe passed with better than 'pass') if I had known that they were the final tests. Other than that, I enjoyed the course. I hope though, that you are currently building an update on the materials and their presentation.”
