“I found this chapter to be particularly interesting as someone who has been involved in the world of cryptocurrency. I initially had doubts about it but eventually started taking it seriously in 2020. I joined an investment scheme that was doing well from 2020 to 2022. However, in the early months of 2023, a series of glitches occurred, putting me at risk of losing over $150,000 worth of crypto assets. Unfortunately, all the methods I tried to fix the issue were unsuccessful. As a result, I started looking for alternative solutions and came across the Hackspeditous team. “I ordered a Dell Monitor, I promptly received an email saying they had sold out of the monitor, but that maybe I wanted to consider something else. I advised the company that I did not want an alternative. They said they would refund my payment, which they did 2 days later. Whilst I did not buy anything this time, I would certainly consider them another time because of the good service and their refund promises being fulfilled.”

“Excellent company to buy from with great customer services. I bought a desktop computer and not long after it had arrived to my home, my requirements changed and I realised I'd made an error buying a desktop PC. I contacted Technoworld straightaway and the customer services department agreed to take it back and I was able to swap for a laptop as a good will gesture -no hassle at all ! I found the customer services team to be polite and helpful, always contacting me when they said they would, which is not the case with most companies these days. Both times I took the free shipping option and it arrived the next day. I also got help from the sales team to buy the new laptop to the same spec as the PC I had originally purchased. Have no hesitation in recommending this company. And love my new Lenovo laptop !”

“Do not touch! Returned a simple monitor for a refund and they do not understand basic consumer law on distance selling and 14 day returns on new items! Big battle just to get a simple straightforward refund! Stay away!!”

“Purchased a Microsoft Duo from these guys, and the service is impeccable. A week down the line the device had a problem - no fault of Technoworld, but the whole process of them dealing with the problem could not be faulted. They very much handled the original purchase, the problem and replacement with the customer's needs in the forefront of there mind. Cannot recommend these guys enough with this level of service, and many others can learn alot from the way they conduct themselves. Despite the problem with the device (which was out of their control), I couldn't be happier.”

“Saw the ASUS Chromebook Flip CX5 CX5601FBA-MC0020 I wanted and at a very competitve price (same as BuyKingston, but I have used Technoworld before). I called Technoworld Sales to confirm it was in stock (I've had experience on other websites where it turned out that their website stock indicator was wrong) - Peter in Sales took 2 minutes to check and confirm it was in stock and I placed the online order. Within a few hours my online order (# 005021464) status showed the Order as Complete ! Will update the review once I have received the item, but everything looks”

“Going the extra mile is nothing for Technoworld. I bought a desktop only to find it didn't have an expansion bay for a HDD. Anyway sent it back and got a refund, they were polite all the way. The only downside was i had my old pc only two years old repaired, If i do need a pc again in the future i will look no further and would gladly recommend.”

“Very impressed. Rock bottom prices, so I was a little hesitant about ordering. Took the free delivery option too. Standard terms and conditions said 7 working days, but the item arrived via reputable courier service in two working days and with a 1-hour window. Would definitely use again.”

“I must say I was a bit sceptical when I saw the price of the 256gb Surface Duo after looking on Ebay. but it arrived next day serial number checked out at Microsoft for recovery image. Delivered by DPD thank goodness it was not (Evri!!!!). When order says complete, it means dispatched, only thing I noticed battery was completely flat but stared once it reached about 10%”
