“I never did get a reply to the query I put to Technoworld prior to purchase but with a fair amount of web-surfing eventually got my answer elsewhere. I went ahead with the purchase with Technoworld however because of the price and free delivery. I was not disappointed - the item arrived very promptly.”

“Bought my 3rd laptop since 2003 from Technoworld (a Lenovo). Delivered next day (£10). Worked straight out of the box. Very please yet again.”

“When I placed my order there was a clock telling me I was in time for next day delivery, I paid the £10 extra for this. I had no confirmation from them and when I rang the next day I was told I was to late for next day, so I did nor receive my order. Other wise they were very efficient.”

“Order went just as it should - laptop arrived the next morning as predicted. Only comment is that I didn't get a "your item has shipped" mail as usually do from mail order sites. Could see that the item had been dispatched by logging in, though it wasn't very clear. Bit better comms and this would be a 5* review.”

“Everything went well with my order aside from a few small issues - on the website my order was showing 'pending' even after it had been processed and dispatched. This, coupled with me not receiving any email notifications as my order was processed, made it difficult to know when to expect delivery and plan for it. One other issue I experienced was trying to communicate with someone from the support team via the website's live chat. In the middle of the conversation the representative simply stopped responding. This may have been a technical issue, however I did not see any error messages and I was able to continue to send messages to the chat. The last response I received was just before your support hours finished, so it seemed to me as though the representative just up and went home in the middle of a conversation. That may not have actually been the case, but it seemed that way.”

“Mark was super-helpful to deal with. I ordered a laptop and docking station online, but he kindly called to advise they were not actually compatible! He then investigated for me, confirmed what was compatible. One docking station arrived with a European plug rather than UK. Mark kindly looked into this and promptly arranged a replacement UK plug.”

“gave me a choice of products that could not be bought out of the store even though they were reconditioned at a reasonable price. Dispatched and delivered within 3 working days even though the eta was 7 for delivery I would give you 5 stars for that alone, however and there always has to be one eh! I cannot rate customer service on an Return as I have not experienced that and hope never to”

“Courier company (UK Mail) got delivery address wrong although Technoworld make every effort to ensure that UK mails shortcomings were quickly resolved. Excellent customer care by Technoworld. Would recomend Technoworld.”
