“No problems with delivery and was within one working day”

“Good price with rapid delivery. Main problem was paperwork and attempting to register extended warranty. Nightmare! Technoworld invoice didn't show extended warranty and that caused all sorts of problems. Wasted a couple of hours trying to sort. Reverted to old fashioned letter post to the warranty people and hope that gets it sorted.”

“Helpful customer service on the chat, prompt delivery and quick refund after delivering a different chromebook since the one I ordered was out of stock. Perhaps the website should update quicker when a product runs out of stock, also the order was left on hold waiting for my confirmation to proceed, but I had already agreed to the replacement model by email. So, all a bit confusing but in the end I'm happy with the purchase, and service was good.”

“I am usually very sceptical about ordering from a company for the first time but after reading reviews on google for Technoworld I was encouraged by the generally excellent feedback I read and so decided to go ahead with the order since they provided the best value online for the particular model of laptop I was after and I received my order very quickly. Very fast and efficient service from Technoworld which was great and the only reason I didn't give the 5 star rating was that when I received I was a little confused as to why the "Lenovo" manufacturer seal had been broken and of course I was unaware why this should be? The Laptop seemed unmarked and untouched/unused so all seems fine.”

“Item was well packaged, arrived on time and works. An email with the tracking number for the delivery would have been useful. I could then have made arrangements to receive the parcel. Why not take the opportunity to sheet/leaflet in with orders? It’s always useful to remind customers about your product range, special offers, etc.”

“The computer was delivered very quickly however the computer itself has caused a certain amount of grief. I loaded the Avast anti virus program, the Thunderbird e mail program and Microsoft Works (which includes a word processor) and then deleted Google Chrome (which crept in unwanted as a by-product of loading Avast) and Mcafee anti virus. To complete the Mcafee removal a restart was required. I selected restart and the computer turned off but wouldn't turn on again. I ended up having to do a full reset which took many hours. I have since repeated exactly what I did the first time and so far all is well - but every time I start the computer I worry whether it will start or not. I am therefore still using my old 2009 computer until my trust in the new one builds up.....not really very happy about this!”
