“Brilliant service, very helpful on the phone too, laptop dispatched and with us within 2 days, my son is over the moon. Oh and it was cheaper than all other site's we researched for the same laptop. Boom....”

“Prompt delivery, item as described and at a good price. Only issue is they wouldn't deliver to an address that was different to the billing address. (ie the item was a present)”

“Why 4 stars not 5. I am a believer in there is always room for improvement but in reality it is hard to see where they can make much improvement. I ordered on a Sunday the tablet arrived on the Tuesday. I got the tablet at a good prce.well packed. Would I buy from them again. Definitely. Would I recommend them to family and friends definitely. Well done team. I only have one observation I would have preferred an email telling me the item had shipped, rather than the order is complete. Which is the email I received. Keep up the good work.”

“My laptop was sent quickly, and the price was the lowest I could find. The only improvement needed is better information; the website just said the order was completed without giving delivery updates. I didn't know when it was due to arrive and it was left with a neighbour without any notification, so if she had wanted to keep it she could have done.”

“I have only just seen this mail as went into a different file (other) rather than my usual Focussed. In general I like this machine but I did swbd you an email on the 17th instant but didn't receive a response so somewhat disappointed. Time went on so I took the matter no further and started to enjoy using it despite having n touch screen I will try to attach said email for your info/”

“Would have given 5* but I didn't receive any email for the order. The 1st email I received was from the deliver company, fast delivery, pleased with the laptop, would have been a 5* had they sent me a thank you for your order email.”

“I shopped around and technoword were the cheapest by a wide margin, I actually thought the price was a mistake. The laptop itself and all the bits that come with it were pristine but the boxes were clearly opened. Also there was quite abit of wear and tear to the packaging. It was a worry that I had been sold a used machine but I had a friend who works for a well known specialist pc builder check it over inside and out and he confirmed it was brand new. (Laptop) I requested standard delivery but it arrived the next working, can’t ask for more really. All in all very happy and would not hesitate to recommend.”

“item came well packaged and within the delivery time, so very satisfied. one small thing. I didn't know on the exact day it would arrive, and perhaps it would be an idea to offer a parcel eta via email maybe the day before delivery?”
