I bought myself a 3D printer and 3 rolls of filament from Technology Outlet and it all arrived very quickly within a couple of days, the shipping was all tracked and communication was great. Everything was all very well priced as well with some of the best prices for filament around. In the end I decided that I wanted to return the printer for a different model and sent an email to their support address and James was fantastic, he sorted out the return and got me a label ready very quickly. Dropping off the parcel was also very easy with plenty of spots nearby, shipping was again tracked. All in all I'd wholeheartedly recommend these guys. Shipping was fast, communication was great and prices very reasonable!

FANTASTIC after service by James - Couldn't have been more helpful, especially to a 74-year-old man who isn't the greatest at computer knowledge etc. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of buying a 3d printer or similar.

Two weeks have passed, and it is through my own inquiry that I am informed that my order was lost, somehow. To boot, i'm offered to swap the order into something else, or put the item on backorder, as it has been sold out. Why would I order something other than what I need? Why no refund? The chat help is extremely slow to respond, to the point where I figured no one was there.

Bought an Ender 5 from this company had a problem which was sorted by James and Myles. No issue was too much of a problem. Excellent service and communication. Great price. Would recommend to friends.

Working with Hackmart was productive as I was able to view full data surveillance on where my spouse was. The process is quite swift, easy and discreet. The dashboard portal also provided updates on my partner's movements 24/7. I would recommend their services if you decide you need surveillance assistance. The dashboard is well designed and has a wide variety of features that should cover most, if not all areas of your spouse online surfing. Definitely recommended. WWW. HACKMART.ORG

Excellent company, excellent artillery x2 printer, infact this printer is flawless. I also own ender 3 max and had nothing but problems from day one. The artillery x2 is so easy to use and don't half stick to the bed. I set it up only once and I've done about 30 3d prints.very well impressed.if I had the room I would buy another one the same.

I contacted Technology outlet after purchasing my 3d printer as I was having a few issues getting my first layer perfect whilst printing. I have to say that the customer service I received from James and Myles was fantastic as they both took the time to try and rectify my issue. Would highly recommend and will definitely be making further purchases.

I ordered a 3d printer on Monday 26th December. The website made no mention of them being closed all over the period, in fact offered me delivery by Wednesday if I ordered that day, then offered me a 5% discount to do so. As my parcel had not arrived on the Wednesday I asked when it would arrive (all communication by email as no-one answers a phone) and was told next day that "it has shipped so you can expect your parcel in the next couple of days. Next day, when it hadn't shown up on the DPD app I asked for the parcel consignment details which I received next day. As I write this on Tuesday 3rd of Jan the parcel STILL isn't with DPD so I have wasted a week waiting and am back to work tomorrow so won't be in to receive the parcel should it get to DPD today, which i doubt. Diabolical service with almost sarcastic (capital letters and huge fonts) replies from Natasha. Phone goes straight to voicemail so cant speak to anyone about this and emails dont get replied to. Honest answers and contact with a customer would have avoided this review.

Next day delivery - did not delivery on day as advertised on their website. Follow up email and they confirmed it would be delivered the following day - failed again. Several days later now and still not received

Superb customer service. Had an issue with one of my older CR6 Max machines that was still just in warranty and contacted them in the hope that something could be done. James who ended up dealing with the issue agreed with my original diagnosis and didn't hesitate in sending out a replacement mainboard for the printer once he'd got me to try out a few things to help pinpoint the issue. Board arrived a few days later and I'm already up and printing again with it now. Can't recommend them enough.

Even with postal strikes Technology outlet managed to get my 3D printer to me the next day as promised. And then when I ran into an issue with the printer they provided the best customer service i've received to resolve the issue in rapid time thanks to Myles & James. I initially ordered my printer from here for the next day delivery they provide, but i'll certainly be back to order from here for all my 3D printing needs in the future, fantastic experience.
