"I have purchased several times from T\/O, the service they provide is also top class and is my go to place for 3D printing.\r\nCouple of key call outs here for me are 1. I live in Northern Ireland but I get treated like I should and thats being part of the United Kingdom, others try to charge additional costs for delivery but you don't that here, plus it only takes 2 days, others that do offer free delivery your waiting a week cause they cheap out.\r\n2. I did have an issue with a failed part on a printer long after the warranty period and T\/O supported me in identifying the problem and getting the part.\r\nYes you can be lured to others with discount gimmicks on filament etc but I wouldn't risk it over the exceptional service etc I receive here."

"I purchased a Bambu Labs P1S Combo which was sent very quickly. I had some trouble getting good prints from the machine and after trying the Bambu Labs help desk with no real support I contacted Technology Outlet who were very helpful and sent me files to try. Despite their help I was unable to get the quality of printing with PETG that I get with my Prusa Mk4 so contacted Technology Outlet who agreed to return it. I dont know if I was unlucky and received a faulty model or if it sacrificed quality for speed but it did not work for me. However while trying to get it working I was fully supported by Technology Outlet who couldnt have been more helpful and I would gladly buy from them again. "
