“Max is always on hand to ensure we get the kit we need, at our often tight timeframes. We've had a couple of damaged bits of kit (no fault of TechBuyer!) and they were swopped immediately no questions asked. They have access to a large pool of stock and can always get us equipment at a good price. Thanks!”

“The service provided by Techbuyer is excellent! After ordering my product, I received a call from Max to make sure what I had ordered was correct- it wasn't.. Max then spent time establishing my requirements and advising on a more suitable item. “Very happy with the service and products from Techbuyer. Shout out to Max M. on the sales time. Minutes after placing the order, Max was oh the phone to me to sanity check the memory I had picked on the site, with us both understanding how "picky" servers can be about their memory. Max took down all the part codes of the existing memory that was in the system, to double check it would work with the memory I had requested, even going so far as to ask for the motherboard model, so he could check on the vendor website as well. Max, thank you very much for your assistance on this, and then another order shortly after.”
