“Brilliant customer service and help from Martyn who emailed me when they had the phone. It's nice to have a company that can actually fix a phone without wiping all data! Speedy fix, and reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received for my LG G5. Would highly recommend these guys if you want your phone fixed!”

“The service was excellent, I was particularly impressed by the email notifications which informed me that the item was received, that it was being processed, then fixed and finally an email to tell me it was being couriered back. The whole fix took three days from me posting it to it arriving back on my desk. Great service, many thanks!”

“I sent my phone to Tech Repairs UK for front screen replacement. The price was very reasonable but I was slightly nervous about sending my phone off to a company I'd never heard of, despite the glowing reviews. Tech Repair UK kept me up-to-date every step of the repair, from receiving my phone to testing the repair and I had my phone back within a week of sending it! I would definitely recommend Tech Repair UK to friends and family!”

“Wonderful service. Sent my phone on Wednesdy. Received an email around 11 on Thursday saying they had received it. 3 hours later received a fourth email saying my phone was finished and being shipped back. Super fast and my phone looks like new! Thank you!”

“I was a little sceptical about sending my phone to a company I'd never heard of, but the reviews were good so I gave them a go. I certainly don't have any greats. I sent my Sony Xperia z3 for screen and digitizer repair late on Tuesday and got it back good as new on Saturday! Their website and process is excellent and easy to use. All round, excellent service. Thank you.”

“I cannot fault these guys. Professional at every turn, i knew where my device was and what was happening with it. When they advised it was beyond repair, they gave me a full refund, minus a very reasonable diagnostic fee. Would highly recommend.”

“I will admit I was skeptical at first. However, my Nexus 7's USB port was completely destroyed, it could barely hold the USB connector and couldn't charge or transmit data. (It's quite old and has heavy use). I was resigned to having to purchase and use a wireless charger for it, and the slow speed of charging that comes with it. Tech repairs UK were the ones I took a chance on, due to the good reviews. My nexus was sent, repaired, and returned to me WELL inside the delivery time, so I was very impressed. I've given it two weeks, testing the USB socket. It clicks in place with a solid, high quality sound that even the original lacked. Burst charging is back, transfer is back. Essentially, do what they ask (send it factory reset) and your repair should be as high quality, high speed, and returned well packaged as mine was. Great company... good prices, and I hope never have to use the guarantee, but it's nice to know it's there in case it suddenly breaks again (which I seriously doubt will be due to the quality repair)”

“Damaged Nexus 5 phone posted from Suffolk mid-afternoon Wednesday 18 January. Five e-mails from Tech Repairs between 11:58 and 16:36 on the following day, Thursday 19 January, advising when phone received and each step of the process until repaired phone despatched. Phone delivered back to me in Suffolk on Friday 20 January, good as new. Can't really say more, can I?”

“Postage included, told when it arrives, told when work starts, told when it ships. Sent Friday afternoon, back Tuesday. What more could you want? This is how internet business should work. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“The repair to my Nexus 7 was carried out quickly and efficiently. I received update e-mails all the way through and had my tablet back in the same week i sent it. I would not hesitate to recommend or to use Tech Repairs again.”

“Very easy website. Great dispatch and return, with a simple royal Mail printed label. My tablet was gone for only two days and the repair to the charging socket seems fine. Great.”
